  1. I'm making an armor mod with cloth physics. The physics generally work well and look good, but there is one problem. As you can see on the picture, when character's weight is anything other than 100 or 0, strange shadows appear all over the skirt. Strangely, the physics seem to work fine despite the shadows. My process is: paint weights in the outfit studio, conform the model to sliders, then build the outfit in bodyslide. If anyone here has experience with this or could direct me to someone who does, I would greatly appreciate it.
  2. I'm new to modding and the Creation Kit, I'm wondering if anyone more experienced knows off the top of their head where I can find the "Vendors list" (I think that's the right term for what I'm looking for). I want to add my item to the inventory of specific types of shops, so it can appear in (for example) the shop inventory of weapon dealer type shops in the world. Additionally, if any expert modder knows any "best practices" for a rookie like myself to avoid potential mod conflicts with other people's custom item mods that may also be adding items to similar vendor lists, that would be great I couldn't find anything explaining how to do this yet on the forums with my searching skills, so feel free to be as verbose as you like: it may be helpful to others in the future!
  3. I've played both paths and I find Roche's Path to be a little easier but I cannot buy armor from Vergen on Roche's path and It's a little difficult to do Iorveth's path to get Armor from Vergen. Is there any mods that allow armor from Iorveth's path to be purchased in the Kaedweni Camps and Loc Muinne?
  4. Hopefully possible to mod normal, human clothing and armor to be wearable by assaultrons? I'd love to play through with ADA (or another assaultron) trying to hide her robotic appearance by dressing like a human. The assaultron body looks human-shaped already so it shouldn't be impossible to believe they could wear human clothes, right? This is similar but only uses one outfit: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25946 This is close but seems to be a new race that requires all new clothing types to be created/converted and only wearable by the new race: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32801 Like this but as an assaultron: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13212 Think Nick Valentine but with an assaultron.
  5. Would it be possible to do a retexture of the hood that simply hides the PC's face? I'd love that mod. Alternatively... is there a tutorial I can follow that shows me how to do it?
  6. Greetings all, Could someone possibly make it so Harper Lasandra's scale mail chest is available for use by the player? it appears to be a variant of the Scale Mail +2 and Yuan-ti chests with different pants and a set of metal kneepad's different from what's on the adamantine armor Ref pics: Harper Lassandra Scale Mail +2 Yuan-Ti Scale mail
  7. There is a korean series named Jumong 2006 that i realy loved watching and the armor of jumong can be a realy good mod for ghost of tsushima I always dreamed of playing a game like ghost of tsushima with an armor like that if anyone can make this mod I would be so thankful
  8. The whole point of the question: the lower part of the illithid armor looks great, but the upper part does not look good. Perhaps someone will be able to make an armor in which the lower part will be from the illithid armor, and the upper part from another armor or clothing. Thank you in advance
  9. Greetings All, I was recently browsing some list of Armor UUID's and ran across the numbers for the Drow commander set, a chest that looks like Araj Oblodra's and a regular leather drow hood separate from the frayed, covert cowl, or Shadow of Menzoberranzan and thought i would share them with everyone, I hope they prove useful The Drow commander armor uses the same material shader as the Spidersilk Armor and shares the same model chest as the Spidersilk. Drow commander armor: Chest: This can be Supplemented with the spider silk armor (ARM_StuddedLeather_Drow_Commander (Drow Studded Leather Armour)) TemplateAddTo("431f019e-3706-4a23-af48-e29acbc0e43b", GetHostCharacter(), 1) Bracers: (GOB_DrowCommander_Gloves_Leather TemplateAddTo("69e57d02-44a2-4e39-8b2a-502413761219", GetHostCharacter(), 1) Boots: (GOB_DrowCommander_Boots_Leather) TemplateAddTo("b1bf7df1-94e0-43b1-b083-e55eaafde2ae", GetHostCharacter(), 1) Drow leather hood: ARM_Helmet_Leather_Drow (Drow Leather Hood) TemplateAddTo("99cae83d-0afc-4e3b-b003-619b696bc112", GetHostCharacter(), 1) The Araj style chest plate uses a default color scheme. 10. I’m curious about how organized of a framework we might be able to set up for new outfits in Starfield. It would be ideal if outfit types could be sorted by tags and if npcs could pull random outfits when passing through changing locations such as airlocks, home locations, or bathing areas. Likewise, if modded locations add outfit filters tags by default that will make for more immersive worlds. Follower frameworks or outfit managers in the past have managed this for companions via script, but it would be great to just have more immersive npc behavior across the board by default and established categories for newly made outfit mods to filter into. I guess this would also require an injection script to give x number of random from suitable categories to npcs upon first encounter based on faction categories etc. I guess being able to toggle individual outfit distribution per faction might be useful, too. What Crimson Fleet considers formal attire could be different from corporate formal. Not a feature with much apparent use at first, but maybe once there is a mod where CF possesses a luxury space liner it would be useful for them to seamlessly change into punk formalwear while onboard. Imagine the immersion of a world where people don’t wear the exact same outfit every day? For bathing areas, it might be useful by default to include control mechanisms where player can decide between swimsuits only, swimsuits and bodies, or bodies only. I know some player home mod authors already do versions of this. In any case, hope a good outfit sorting system gets set up early on. I look forward to being surprised at how npcs choose to dress. Okay, I guess the pinnacle of random npc outfits would be the ability to compliment an outfit (combination) to increase the chances of that outfit being rolled more often. Some useful default categories for outfits and/or locations [subcategories]: Spacesuit [environment type] [faction(s)] Work [manual and/or mental] [faction(s)] Formal [faction(s)] Home [faction(s)] Casual [faction(s)] Combat [atk and/or def] [faction(s)] Bathing [swimsuits and/or bodies] [faction(s)] Nightwear [pajamas and/or underwear] [faction(s)]
  11. I want to hide his stupid-looking eyes when he wears a Sarugami helmet.
  12. This will probably never get seen by anyone who will do it but I'd really love to have a mod that adds the armor and sword of taarna from heavy metal into skyrim, I'm actually a little surprised it hasn't been done yet
  13. I hope someone can make a shirtless mod for Ghost of Tsushima? I would like to run around like a Samurai version of Rambo lol.
  14. I think it would be really cool if we could have Jin and maybe the other samurai wear early Kamakura Period accurate O-Yoroi and Do-maru instead of Sengoku Jidai Tosei Gusoku armor, and have tachi instead of katana, (although the animations would need tweaking since tachi are worn edge downward, at least until drawing them on occassion). And maybe even tweak the Mongols' equipment a bit to look a little more period-accurate. I am not as educated on Mongol arms and armor, but I know they should have Turko-Mongol sabers, definitely not 19th Century Qing Dynasty dao.
  15. I installed the Mod Pack BD's Armor and Clothes Replacer - CBBE 3BA (3BBB) and downloaded it to MO2, also have downloaded all the needed mods for the armor pack an such to work properly. I went through the process of going through each of the Skyrim armor and editing them to how I liked them in BodySlide. After I liked how each of them looked I pressed the build and it said that it successful in the built and was saved to the Data/Meshes/armor file, but when I go in game to take a look it is still the Vanilla Skyrim Armor and not the reskin that I made. Am I missing a step? How come the reskin is not showing? I disabled any other armor mod I was using except BD's so those should not be an issue. The first image is the confirmation of the build being made. Second photo is what is looks like in MO2 in the Data/Meshes/armor/iron/f . I have no idea why it is red, so if that is the issue can you guys help?
  16. How does it work for armor and clothing retextures? For example, I want the McDonut texture ( line 26 ) but it gets replaced by the one just below it (line 27 and 28 ) . Unfortunately McDonut is a fake esm so I can't move it, what's the solution? My load order: https://pastebin.com/WGHqxPvz Thanks in advance
  17. HELLO THERE! I'm playing Dragon's Dogma 2 and there's a famous armor in the game called Brunhilda's Embrace. It's pretty beautyful and it have kind of a Xenna and Sonja vibes. Pretty good to barbarian and arcane warrior characters. So I was thinking if there's an armor (mod of course) that could be kind of similar to the Dragon's Dogma armor. What do you think? And how about the mod makers? Someone expressed a desire to create this armor in the game?
  18. Have you tried Uvultak baby dragon follower? Nexus link https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/107336 Bethesda link https://creations.bethesda.net/en/skyrim/details/36889/Uvultak_Baby_Dragon_Follower watch this video for more information, don't forget to like and subscribe.
  19. Love the Harrowed Set, it'd be cool if someone were to port it into ER.
  20. I'm willing to commission if anyone can bring a decent import of a 3d Freya Crescent model into Elden Ring, similar to the https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/1233?tab=files "Agape The Dragon with Proper Physics" mod by DeathClawDC in the Nexus already. Something of that caliber. If someone's willing to import it for free, that'd be great! If money is a better motivator to get this mod out to the Nexus immediately, then I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is. Also, if it's possible to make it a reskin/model swap for certain Type B presets, like "Old" with "Face 2" or something, like the https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/4543 "Shades of the Empyreans" mod by WitWoeWendigo, simply labeled as a Rat Race or something will do. Please contact me if you have the means to do so.
  21. On the Baldur's Gate 3 mod page, user: Sumajin created a mod that adds The Master Sword from The Legend of Zelda into the universe of Baldur's Gate 3, and got me pretty excited to play Baldur's Gate 3 in a Link playthrough, however some of the customization options doesn't scream like Link, even if you tried your hardest to make him look like Link. So for curiousity sake, might I ask if it's possible to add the Tears of The Kingdom Champion's outfit and Link's Hairstyle into the world of Baldur's Gate 3. Knowing that TOTK and BOTW have different seperated models and could be a pain to ask to fuse them all together into one collective set. But hey, it was worth asking. (And a brief mention of the Hylian Shield since that's missing too)
  22. Hello! I have been trying to learn how to create mods but I am unable to understand anything. I would like to make a cleric/nun-like character but have not been able to find the right clothing or armor. I was wondering if anyone would like the idea of importing Sister Friede's armor from Dark Souls 3 into the game. That or maybe marking a hood as a cloak. Thanks for reading and I apologize for any spelling or grammar mistakes.
  23. I have no idea if it would even be possible but I think Red's (the male protagonist) outfit looks pretty cool and would suit an outlander/ traveller character really well. I've looked into doing it myself but have come to the conclusion I am nowhere near skilled or knowledgeable enough to attempt it, having never tried modding or ripping assets from games before.
  24. Does anyone know of or have a mod that adds in a wolf head mask like that from Elden Ring? I've found the Ancestoral Wolf Armor mod but there are no eyes on it which is really off-putting. I'd also like to avoid using any custom races. I just really want a wolf head on a man's body. Custom races tend to be really buggy for me and I like having race specific dialogue untouched. Basic idea: wolf head/hood with usual werewolf eyes or color options. Would looks cool without sacrificing racial abilities or immersion breaking with race specific dialogue.
