  1. I am kind of curious why the ID Tech 2 engine games haven't made it to this site yet. I know MOD DB has Doom Mods. Trust me, I have even made tutorials on ZDoom launcher. I am kind of curious that vortex doensn't have support for it though. Or this site rather. Like, mod sorting can still get complex with that game if you don't knwo what you are doing, albeit its not skyrim or Fallout levels of frustraition but if any of yall played Cluster f*#@, god. I have recently started playing fallout 4 and made the move from Doom to take a break as I have gotten a little burnt out on the mods there and wanted to use more than a couple of my brain cells. Granted its still a passion of mine. But I wanted to know if there were any other doomers here as well?
  2. There's this mod I saw on Nexus (and Bethesda Net), and it basically was the Praetor Suit from DOOM as armor you could wear. I was thinking about that, and I thought, "Wouldn't it be better and more badass to have that armor be for the Power Armor?" Sadly, I'm not good at making armor (took me 2 days to make my own Survival Mode Armor, which for now is personal, sorry) so I decided to come here to request it. It'd be real nice, and maybe you could incorporate this armor onto Mercy from the BFG 9000 Creation Club mod (obviously have a variant with and without CC).
  3. There is already this amazing mod, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20203 would love to see a Skyrim themed version of the aforementioned armor to go with it. By themed, I mean like the Skyrim Power Armor mod for Fallout 4. Something that's not just the doom suit in Skyrim, but a bit more immersive.
  4. Could anyone take all those models from the rule 34 animations and put them in the game?? Or least link me to a tutorial so i can do it myself?? I'm legitmaetly shocked this hasn't been done already given the models already exist, and the games age. Thanks!
  5. Hello everyone, im looking for some pointers or people who knows they way around modding fallout 4; i started a pet project since i found a pretty decent 3d model (.obj) of the plasma rifle as seen in doom eternal, since both games are under the same company, i think it would be safe to assume no legal terms are being broken, thats my logic i could be very wrong bout that, anyway, my real life job is very time consuming, and the info about making a gun like this from scratch is either vague or underwhleming to say the least, i would really appreciate some help from you guys, or people who want to collaborate in this project are welcome, i will add a pic of the 3d model, it was open source and has textures alredy "mapped" idk if im even using that term correctly but it should give the people who knows about this stuff some idea of the base material to work with. fyi, im not a native speaker so you will have to bear with me, im not completely lost at english, im just not 100% fluent. here are some pics https://freeimage.host/i/5mYzeR https://freeimage.host/i/5mY07f i think the model was designed to be used on a 3d printer, i imported it to 3ds max and it does have things to work with i think. like the receiver and barrel clearly defined but again, im no 3d modeler, i know my way around the creation kit and fo4edit but thats as far as my knowledge goes. hope to hear from you guys.
  6. Hello so i have recently started playing the 2016 game doom and i would love to have this https://doomwiki.org/wiki/File:Codex_plasma.bimage.png as a mod for fallout 4 I have looked for one but I cant find one so if a talented modder could make this that would be great. the main reason I like this gun is it feels like a gun the vanilla plasma rifle looks like a bunch of s#*! who ever in Bethesda for making the plasma rifle look like it does in fallout was a good idea then they really are not the smarted person. so as I said if someone who is a talented modder could make this or if there is someone who can make a 3d model that works with fallout 4 that would be lovely since I would do it my self but I don't know how to 3d model I can do the scripts for quest mods but I don't really know anything about 3d modelling or texturing for that matter.
  7. So, I play a free online browser game called DragonFable from Artix Entertainment. It is a fun, creative, and ever expanding game, with fresh content being released for it every week, so there is always something new. One function of the game is that as you explore the realm you stumble upon different classes accessible to you that you can switch in and out of, going from one of the simple starting classes of warrior, rogue, and mage to a crazy new class like death knight, soulweaver, and dragonslayer. One class, however, is one you cannot find by simply exploring the game. Its called the DOOM Knight (caps and all), and it is AWESOME. It is by far the most powerful class in the game, making the entirety of the game a cake walk, with extremely powerful abilities making even the toughest enemies simply no match for the incredible power of DOOM (those who play the game will understand all the caps.) Which is probably why it is the class of the game's main villain, sepulchure. But to get this class, you must meet many requirements. After all, if you want to become an insane overlord of darkness, destruction, and chaos, it will not be any small task. You must be a DragonFable player for at least TWO YEARS, pay 60 BUCKS, after paying for a 20 DOLLAR DRAGON AMULET! I want to be able to use this amazing armor, and possible some of the abilities as well, inside of Skyrim. It would be amazing to play as a character like Sepulchure, knocking out dragons and blasting down Whiterun guards like the panzies they are, all while controlling one of the most awesome villains ever. If someone could and would make this mod it would be fantastic. Thanks! Sepulchure DOOM Knight Buyable class
  8. Why is this not a thing? Bethesda was even involved, am I the only guy who wants Doomguy in Fallout? How amazing and epic would that be, Doomguy vs Deathclaws is a match made in hell. Shotgun optional. Reference: http://doom.com/en-gb/
  9. hello my friends actually i have just found a tool for extracting doom files and repacking it...but when tried modding myself i basically messed up my game thats why if there is anyone who knows how to perfectly use this tool please make infinite health, infinite armor and infinite ammo mod for me.... Thanks here is the tool http://www.nexusmods.com/doom/mods/1/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fdoom%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D1%26preview%3D&pUp=1
  10. soo ya it would be super cool if some one made a doom power armor
  11. Any modders out there willing to make a Doom-guy armor for Fallout 4 or an Armor inspired by the Doom-guy? If its possible, is it also allowed? I mean D44M was published by Bethesda and developed by IDsoftware. Is it fine to have stuff from another game published by Bethesda? Would be really cool to see Doom-guy in the commonwealth.
  12. This idea is pretty self explanatory. A Heavy Armor set that is the Praetor Suit from DOOM 2016. And it wouldn't jut be the suit. Maybe there could be a quest line taking you to hell and back to get the suit and maybe some other items... So yeah... Pretty self explanatory... Bye
  13. I would absolutely love forever the person who allows me to play with my guns centred like the classic placement modifier in Doom 2016. Also maybe money :'(
  14. hi guys i just started playing the single player of doom an hour ago and one thing immediately annoyed me. toggle crouch! this game is pretty much a blast from the past in respect to movement speed and general look and feel. (i mean, this is what we imagined doom to be in our heads 20 years ago) and along comes toggle crouch and no way to change it. at least no way i was able to find with a quick google search. most answers to the question "can i have 'hold crouch' instead of 'toggle crouch'" was: "to crouch, press the C-button" (dafuq???) anyway, if any of you magic people have the same issue and, opposed to me, the ability to whip up a mod to solve this, i, and a lot of other people, would be immensely grateful! =) greetings ZigCat
  15. I've been playing modded games for a couple of years now, and as a slight fan of DOOM, I've wanted a DOOM mashup mod in a Bethesda game for a while. It'd be awesome if someone could make one.

    DOOM

Remember the very first DOOM game on Playstation. There is good news hope this is a remake of it. https://youtu.be/SgSrpnW0EmU 04.02.2016 DOOM® AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE MAY 13, 2016 DOOM Collector’s Edition and Pre-Order Bonuses Revealed for id Software’s Highly-Anticipated First-Person Shooter February 4, 2016 (Rockville, MD) – Bethesda Softworks®, a ZeniMax® Media company, today announced that DOOMwill be available worldwide on Friday, May 13, 2016 for the Xbox One, PlayStation® 4 computer entertainment system, and PC. DOOM, the iconic game that defined a genre and considered one of the most influential games ever made, returns as a brutally fun and challenging modern-day shooter experience. DOOM is under development at id Software®, the studio that pioneered the first-person shooter genre and invented multiplayer Deathmatch. Expand your gameplay experience using DOOM SnapMap™ game editor to easily create, play, and share your content with the world. DOOMgarnered numerous E3 2015 awards and in a recent preview, Game Informer aptly described the gameplay as “an absolute blast.” Bethesda also revealed plans to release a premium collector’s edition of DOOM that will be available across the globe through participating retailers. The limited DOOM collector’s edition, created in conjunction with TriForce, includes an exclusive, fully-realized 12” tall collector’s statue of one of the game’s most iconic demons: the Revenant. Modeled from actual in-game 3D files and striking in appearance, the demonic Revenant stands on an LED-lit base with internal, slow-spinning turbine from the UAC facility on Mars. The DOOM collector’s edition also includes a copy of the game packaged in an exclusive, battle-worthy metal case. The DOOM collector’s edition is available for pre-order through participating retailers and is priced at $119.99 (US), €129.99 (Europe), and £99.99 (UK). Players pre-ordering the DOOM collector’s edition or the standard edition of the game will receive the Demon Multiplayer Pack which contains a unique demon armor set with three skin variations, six metallic paint colors and three id® logo patterns that can be applied to weapons and armor, plus a set of six Hack Modules – one-time consumable items that can give you an edge in a multiplayer match. 17. I haven't disabled it in plugins or uninstalled it. it also doesn't show a rotating image in my pipboy. I've tried disabling all mods other than it and it's masters to see if it's a conflict but nope; and I know my ini is setup correctly, and I know it wasn't a bad install because I've been using the mod for days and it only just happened
  18. I'm a modeller and would like to do a modern Dooms armor for F4. Would be nice to do a Power Armor set and may be simple armor pieces with custom perks if it is possible (I know it is, the question is whether somebody will help me out). Never was into TES modding, but I can do it, since I'm a programmer, nothing is not possible. :geek: What I need are model samples and notes to what should I do or should not. I've got a model right now. I'll be cutting it into pieces now. Is there anybody who would like to help me out?
  19. Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone with modding skills could do some that allows the game to use the Menu from when the game launched last year (2016). The game's menu changed 3 times since launch and I just think the first one was simpler and much more elegant. Something about having the giant DOOM logo and the small choices underneath for the game's 3 modes was much cooler than having a lot of stuff rubbed on my face. If anyone could do it I would be eternally thankful.
  20. Having the weapons of Fallout 4 centered on the screen would just simply be amazing. (references) http://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/WMpjqgqXawxPWLjq5ETCpF.png http://image.dosgamesarchive.com/screenshots/doom05.png
  21. Why isn't this a thing? Bethesda and ID bring out a new DOOM with a badass in power armour yet there isn't a mod for it? Pretty please? Power armour or regular armour doesn't really matter Fallout could use a little bit of Doomguy blowing up super mutants and killing syths with their own arms. Brotherhood of steel are badass? Institute syths are a pain? Doomguy literally pulls deamons apart and beats them with the soggy end of their formerly attacked arms. Doomguy went to hell and back... and back to hell and back... and, well, you get the point. Referance 2016 DOOM's player character's armour as shown in the first level. Shotgun optional. Reward includes total badassery, and ten daemon hearts from the barons of hell. Just because Doomguy had some lying around after he got bored one day. TLDR: Doomguy power armour please :D
  22. Hey everyone, I'm sure you're all tired of threads with newbs asking for good pc ideas, but I'm getting ready for college and I want to make sure I get it right this time and pick the right one. Last computer I bought was an e545 for $350 in 2013 (which was low specs even for the time, but not knowing enough about computers to realize). I'm looking for a nice laptop (need the portability for classes) that can handle running FNV and Skyrim (TF2 also) on ultra with a ton of intensive/overhaul mods, gbs of mods (modhell) at 60+ fps. I would also like to run the new DOOM on it, but I get that is an extreme workload to put on a laptop. Since my first buy, I'm working now and have $1000 for it, but would go up to $1200. I saw a friend of mine running new vegas on an hp spectre x360 (mostly default, upgraded gfx) and it ran like water so I'm considering it. I'm unsure of what other options I have though, if anyone here can recommend something else, I'd love to hear it.
  23. I was watching my friend play skyrim, he has tons of mods on his PC, but then while he was swimming at the back of his heartfire house, he found a gigantic slaughterfish bigger than him called "Slaughterfish of Doom". Does anybody know what mod this slaughterfish came from? My guess is the Monster Mod but i'm not so sure.
  24. The title says it all. I seem to remember there being a mod for Fallout 4 that allowed one to walk around in an environment resembling the original DOOM game, and shoot enemies with a blocky pixelated shotgun. Does anyone else remember this? If so, could you please point me in the direction of the mod?
  25. If i knew how to add custom songs to replace CAV angelos (in honest opinion) lackluster theme song id do this in a heart beat Ludwig, the Holy Blade (Doom Version) [HQ] from Bloodborne: The Old Hunters please if somebody can, youd be doing us all a blessing by adding this or just maybe a standard jukebox song replacer
