  1. I've officially had it up to here with my Skyrim. I have a bunch of mods that have been fully optimized with Mod Organizer, LOOT, and TES5Edit, but despite all my effort, I keep getting freezes and CTDs all the goddamn time. I really want help with this, because I love Skyrim so much, but all these problems are making me want to give up.   2. I have an issue when I am around a couple of areas my game always crashes. I have this loaded on two different computers and it happens on both systems. One system is still running SSE pre AE, the other is an AE playthrough. Whenever I am around Kynesgrove the game will crash. The same issue happens in Markarth as well. I can sometime enter Markarth but it will crash at some point. If anyone has had this issue or have suggestions I would love to hear them. The game is modded. Thank You.
  3. Hi guys, So yesterday I posted another topic talking about a similar problem (maybe the same), but now I have developed a theory on what is causing the crashing. Backstory: After entering Markarth and saving Margaret, Eltrys walks up to me and gives me the note, I read it, and then I get the conspiracy quest. Before, when I have finished the quest (killed Madanach, escaped Cidhna) I seem to always CTD when trying to save my game either right after killing Madanach or inside the spider dungeon (when escaping) after killing the spiders and dwemer enemies. Until recently, that's what has been happening, but then I tried again without any followers following me and I could save anywhere I wanted at least until I told one of my followers to follow me and then I would immediately CTD upon saving. (Sorry for the horrible grammar, yo soy muy mal) I have both UFO and RDO installed. However, I have never experienced this problem up until I accepted that quest and have run through it. I've even tried installing mods such as "The Choice is Yours" to attempt to skip the quest but for some reason, "The Choice is Yours" is not giving extra dialogue options to deny the quest. If you have any further questions regarding my mod setup or just any questions in general, I'll be glad to answer as long as in the end I can save and continue my game with followers.   4. When i first got Skyrim and finished 'No One Escapes from Cidna Mine' I thought there would be more quests for the Forswown and faction dynamics that eventually led to taking over Markarth. Turns out in vanilla the Forsworn still attack you, and theres no quest afterword. The Forsworn in general were a huge let down. They always had this flair to them that made me love them, and want to be part of their society in some way. What I would like to see in a mod or mods is any of the following: QuestsForsworn merchantsFriendly ForswornNamed Forsworn NPC's with dialougeSiege of Markarth and Forsworn ownership of MarkarthForsworn and Markarth guard patrols that fight each otherCraftable Forsworn itemsDifferent Forsworn armor types, IE: heavy and shaman armorI think the Forsworn had alot of potential that Bethesda never took advantage of. I would love to see someone make the Forsworn live up to that potential.

Heya All, I installed the "Merchants guild" mod but it seems to have broken the floors and some walls in Markarth. tried uninstalling, deleting, installing Markarth overhaul, re-installing but still stuck :( seems other's have the same issue and no response from the author about it. can anyone maybe help ? its available on Nexus Mods : www.nexsusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18023/?
  6. Yeah so recently I went to Markarth and noticed two things wrong with my game. One: the flags or Markarth no longer contain the cities sigil of a ram's head and instead look ugly and tattered with the just the words Markarth going across diagonally along the flag. The other thing is that one dude who gives you the note to start the forsworn quest won't give me the note making said quest non-existent now. If anyone else has these problems would you happen to know which mods could be causing these problems.
  7. I downloaded the mod to create your own guild ,but there are no real "guild" like bases or hideouts other than the thieves guild in riften. It would be nice to have a hideout under one of the bigger cities like Solitude,Whiterun,Markarth or even Riften . Unfortunately the mods that exist don't have enough room for 5 or more followers/guild members(ex:not enough beds,hideout to small).This is my first time on these forums so i don't know what to expect or if anyone will see this post AND i have NO idea how making a skyrim mod works , so thank you in advance for responding and what not :P have a pleasant day :D
  8. I have encountered infinite loading screens when trying to leave Markarth and Labyrinthian (during the second to last College of Winterhold quest to get the Staff of Magnus). My PC is good, here are my specs: CPU: Intel i5 4590 3.3 GHz GPU: GTX 980 RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4 (Corsair) and the game is installed on a 7200RPM HDD Loot report is clean (no warnings, no errors). I run 49 mods including all the Skyrim HD-2K texture mods in their snazzy versions. Those are probably the most demanding mods I run. Whats worse is that I'm fairly certain there are more locations that I cannot leave without a ILS given that I have only gotten through about the first quarter of the game, and entered/exited only 2/3 of the cities. Please advise me

I got out of Labyrinthian by using "coc whiterun" to teleport me to Whiterun. I am still working out getting myself out of Markarth at the moment. Please advise
  10. Foreword: This mod would require a lot of work and a lot of dedication. But kudos to the person(s) who undertake this project! :D What if there was a forsworn centered game. In this game the player would have to take back the reach for the Forsworn in an (hopefully) epic questline. This would require getting the Silver bloods, Thalmor, Nords, and Imperials out of The Reach so that the Forsworn faction can establish an independent nation. In the quest the Silver Blood's will be removed from power via political maneuvering and violence ending in their faction members meeting an untimely end along with several other high power figures from other anti-Forsworn factions. After an epic quest line the player would have to do some courier footwork for King Madanach in order to establish the Forsworn faction's legitimacy as the true Nation of The Reach. The Imperials have no choice but to agree because they are already weakened by the previous Great War and are being drained even more by Skyrim's Civil War. The Stormcloak faction plus the other neutral holds must agree because there is a civil war going on and they must deal with that first. Plus, the Stormcloaks only control the opposite half of Skyrim and must oust the Imperials to get to The Reach. The Thalmor are forced to accept it because they are already being weakened by other provinces who are fighting for their own freedom against the Thalmor. With much grumbling, The Reach is a legitimate self governing nation. Now the player is free to pursue any of skyrim's vanilla side quests they please because every faction that would be friendly to the player in the vanilla game would be friendly, (as in not assault on site) with the Forsworn faction. Now, since everyone accepts the Forsworn, albeit grudgingly, the main quest can be undertaken. The main quest just has to be modified so that the player can accomplish it without be at Helgen. All the previous things aside, this mod would be cool if it involved new Forsworn side quests. New forsworn followers. Forsworn civilians, including children (I am aware a mod adds this already), Forsworn trainers, forsworn patrols and guards in Markarth and throughout the reach, and forsworn merchants. I understand this mod is asking a lot and it would require a load of work for the modder(s) who makes it. But if someone actually gave a go at this mod, I think it would be highly popular, successful and very, very cool.
  11. Description: a BUILDABLE copy of the player abodes from the Hearthfire DLC. Points-2-Note: 1- Should be located in markarth Hold *2*- *Should have a SINGLE UNIQUE BUILDABLE object* (Example: Lakeview has an apiary, Winstad has a hatchery, etc.) 3- Should be family, housecarl, steward and companion compatable. 4- Should have no-respawn chests. NOTE: *2* - this point is only applicable if a unique aspect/object is possible to create/add to the abode. Ignore this point if it is not possible. Note from me: I apologize if I sound rude, I just want to emphasize certain points to ensure that the mod would stay close to the original Hearthfire DLC and stay away from an OP abode.
  12. When I enter Markarth the scene plays out with the assault. Unfortunately Durak from the Dawnguard expansion is standing right there trying to talk to me like nothing is happening. It really spoils immersion. Also I just read on the wiki that the hall of the Vigilant is destroyed after I reach level 10 and I am level 13. I would rather have the opportunity to visit the hall of the Vigilant before it is destroyed. How do get Durak way from Markarth, so that I can watch the scripted cinema without him in the way? I killed a Vampire NPC, so it might cause problems to remove Dawnguard.
  13. I'm encountering a similar problem, can't even get any options related to housing in Markarth after completing the quest for the Jarl. It was a discussion topic before I completed the quest, and now that I have, it disappeared, and his steward won't talk to me at all. So help please, I'm trying to start the shadow's of Dragonstar new land mod, and need to get into that house. Is this perhaps a bug *caused* by the mod, or just a bug, or am I just being an idiot?

So I recently finished No One Leaves Cidna Mine Quest by killing Madnach in the mine, and I cannot leave Markarth or fast travel anywhere without getting an infinite loading screen, but I can go around Markarth and its interior cells just fine. So I am stuck in Markarth until I find a solution to this. Is it because there is something wrong with the quest? Or could it possibly be because I installed Dragonborn and Dawnguard before I ever tried to leave Markarth? So I recently finished No One Leaves Cidna Mine Quest by killing Madnach in the mine, and I cannot leave Markarth or fast travel anywhere without getting an infinite loading screen, but I can go around Markarth and its interior cells just fine. So I am stuck in Markarth until I find a solution to this. Is it because there is something wrong with the quest?   16. a while ago I started having problems with Markarth. Initially I could come and go whenever I wanted to. No problems in or around. I left for other areas for a while, did the Dawnguard storyline and such and then I could no longer enter Markarth. I started a new game and the same problem persists. I don't know which mod I may have added that might be causing this. Not being able to go to Markarth is more than a little game breaking.   18. So I recently finished No One Leaves Cidna Mine Quest by killing Madnach in the mine, and I cannot leave Markarth or fast travel anywhere without getting an infinite loading screen. So I am stuck in Markarth until I find a solution to this. This is on my second character by the way and for some reason, I can still fast travel anywhere with my first character but not this one.   20. Skyrim crashes every time I attempt to enter Markarth through the front gate. The game appears to fully load Markarth, and then crash after I have "entered" it (determined by memory usage). I would like if anyone could help me out by suggesting possible mods that could be causing this from my load order to cut down on the amount of troubleshooting required. Skyrim's folder is located in the typical steamapps file location. I have the latest game version in addition to all of the DLC I have the most recent version (1.2.9) of Mod Organizer. I have the most recent version of SKSE with the Memory patch (1.7.1) I have ENBBoost installed I am using the helper programs of LOOT, and Tes5Edit

  22. This isn't the only glitch I have, but it is one. After I installed a mod called "The Forsworn Legacy" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27369/? so I removed it. And I can't talk to most people in Markarth, and that place is kind of glitched out. I do know that that mod used scripts, but how the **** do I get rid of them? Also the game crashes randomly sometimes, freezes randomly sometimes, the loading screens take longer than they should. Also when I try to sleep it takes a long time to load, then finally the timer starts. Also (not a big glitch) I have Immersive Sleep installed, and when I get in bed I stand up, and when I actually go to sleep, then wake up I see myself standing up, then it puts me back into the sleeping position, but then I get out again. Same applies to Frostfall, when I sleep in a bedroll I stand up to sleep, even though I was laying down previously. Like seriously what kind of freak does that? Another glitch, this one may actually be a positive exploit is that I can wear two boots at the same time, even though most boots I wear are not rendered for some reason.
  23. Ok, a while ago I installed a mod called "The Forsworn Legacy". It was glitchy, so I removed it. And Markarth is so weird now. When I talk to most people they just say "Need something?" Or something like that. Also the Forsworn Conspiricy is not really working for some reason.
