  1. Title says everything, would be nice if somebody would please create that.
  2. Is there anyone able to create a mod that eliminates the incessant jingling sound produced by walking in the Cinderclown shoes? The constant noise with each step has become unbearable. Thank you!

  4. Greetings chooms, My name's Dom, I play in a band in Perth called Injured Ninja, and I'm a huge fan of Cyberpunk and of the modding community in general. (the hours I have put into Fallout 4 because of this community is rediculous) I'm looking for someone to help make a mod, as it's something I'm not at all familiar with. Essentially I want to make a custom radio station mod for Cyberpunk 2077 and am looking to commission someone's help to make it happen. I play in a band called Injured Ninja, and I think our music and a few of our side projects would weirdly fit into the game. I've seen other people make their own music for a custom radio station, and would love to know how to do it myself, or figure out what someone's time would be worth to help make one for us. We can make and provide any assets needed, just unsure of how to actually implement it into the game. Gulnare Funk - Hausu - Pyah! - Protostellar Core Collapse - Death / Jam / Toast (Boobs 'frampton Mix') - Puppies in Fish Tanks (Mathas Rap Redux) - Golden Top Mountain Journey (Ylem Remix) Those are just some demo tunes to give you an idea. There are bunch more. That, and I f*#@ing love mod culture, and want to learn more about the making side. (I do plenty on the playing side.) Is there a better place to reach out to people for something like this? Open to any suggestions, recommendations or advice on the matter. Cheers!
  5. Hello Wastelanders, While not exactly a game-breaking bug, I noticed something odd today while gaming through a session of Fallout 4. I was inside of my Home Plate settlement, all radios turned off and just dead silence inside, except for me and my companion Heather walking around. When I went to go trade with her, I started to notice some....strange noise. At first, I thought it was just the mic from my headset echoing back the noise from outside.... so I listened further, at max volume... it sounded like.... a radio? After more listening, closed the menu... and....silence. I walked around for a bit, even noclipped outside thinking maybe I stuck a radio somewhere outside the map somehow. Nada. I then initiated a trade again with Heather and once again, I could hear the sounds. It sounds like music, maybe someone talking in the background. I know I'm not going crazy, so I decided to record it with Audacity and amplify the volume.... lo and behold.... I discovered something a bit unsettling and weird. It turns out that when in menus, even radios that are turned off....continue to play for some strange and odd reason. https://instaud.io/2ZK9 What you'll hear in this clip is me alt+tabbing back into Fallout 4 after starting the recording, then exiting the menu. Since I amplified the volume by 70 db you might hear a sharp click....followed by....a continually building mix of several different radio stations playing at once... Not sure if this is supposed to be happening or not, but I found it amusing and slightly strange. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this before? I'd like to hear from others who have had the same or similar experiences, and any fix if possible. Though not game breaking, certainly weird. And hopefully, not a precursor to further bugs :P Thanks!
  6. i've changed a texture of a mod weapon that's packed into a ba2 file, and in certain lightings the weapon has weird looking noise- how do i fix that? https://i.imgur.com/fChSITM.jpg
  7. I've had this issue since I first started playing New Vegas and I'm skeptical that it can be fixed, but I'd like to ask anyways. When an NPC is knocked down or knocked out and stands back up (as is the case with essential companions), they'll often make a ragdoll flopping noise when moving around despite no longer being a ragdoll. I'd like to know if there's any good way to stop this and how. I've also noticed many occasions where NPCs will stand up without necessarily playing their "standing up" animation, which leads to them wobbling unnaturally in their ragdolled pose for a short time before snapping to a stand. This is another thing I'd like to prevent. Has anyone had any success in dealing with these issues? I hope I'm not alone here.
  8. I have a constant, persisting, loud fan noise at the Red Rocket settlement just south of Sanctuary. The noise seems to be centered near the check out register in the main room (not the garage). It is very loud and noticeable and pretty much sounds like a vertibird stuck in the ground under the building but drops off pretty quick at about 30ft from the building. Things I have tried: -I toggled free camera and had a look around and found nothing half stuck in a wall or under the ground. -I started deleted almost everything at the settlement to make sure it wasn't 2 pieces of furniture dry humping each other. -There are no turrets or generators at this settlement (yet). -Codsworth is at this settlement, however, the sound is not centered on him. If anyone else has had this issue and fixed it, I would love to hear about it!
  9. A good quality version of this sound effect to replace the "hit enemy with butt of gun" sound would make my day; below link is to a short clip of the sound effect being used on the show ed, edd n eddy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3fe7jHzX9s
  10. The Sandman Perk allows instakills on sleeping people. The sound effect the Pipboy makes is just as freaking annoying as the Idiot Savant sound effect. "Euyuhh!" Can someone please remove the sound effect for Sandman? Possibly also the Pip Boy popup?
  11. I can't seem to be able to add a song as a sound file without the creation kit crashing. I'm trying to get a song to play while a player has the weapon unsheathed but I can't add a music track in the sound selector for idle sound.
  12. 'Afternoon. I was just confronted with a rather annoying ad that decided to play music at full volume through my speakers. I do believe the correct procedure in such is cases is to screenshot the offending ad and report it so... see spoiler for the ad in question: (the apparent double facepalm is merely coincidental btw)
  13. I wasn't sure if I should post this under the Technical Support forums, because... well..this isn't really an operational problem with the game. I've uploaded a very short video to show my problem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTrbcPueza4 (turn annotations on) I just want to make my footsteps louder. PS: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27449//? Sadly, this mod didn't help me. I'm using this mod in the video.
  14. Whenever I have the Daedric Dagger equiped (sheathed), I get weird collision issues. For example, whenever I am using an object that has animation (sitting on a chair, cooking) I get some clanking weapon sounds while the animation is playing, as if the dagger is spazzing out and hitting everything (even when the dagger appears to sit calmly on my side). Sometimes clutter such as cups and plates will thrown around nearby. Another major bug is when I ride a horse with the Daedric Dagger equipped. When I ride past an NPC on the horse, the NPC will get stuck on the side of the horse and get dragged along. These only happen when I have the Daedric Dagger equipped. I switched to Ebony and it didn't happen anymore. Anyone else noticed these?
  15. Hai everyone. I know this mod request may sound like a no-brainer and most of you may be thinking to yourselves of saying something like "Duh do it yourself it takes like two minutes in the CK.", but thats where my problem is. You see I am literally incapable of loading up the Creation Kit without freezing up my entire computer and being forced to cold boot it. It happens every time. So can somebody please, please please please PLEEEASE, make a simple mod that bumps up the audio volume of the flames in handheld torches? It bugs me so much that no matter what level my 'effects' volume bar is set to, the torch that I'm holding less than a foot away from my face cant seem to overpower the ambient moaning sounds of whatever cave im crawling around in. Thanks in advance if anyone is actually kind enough to help me out with this.
  16. Hello everyone I am currently working on my own special mod, but since it's a new world, an Island in the Bermuda, I am looking for a custom water noise texture that can make the water act as if it's ocean water, with waves rolling on the beach und such anyone, who could do this fro me? Regards Rasponov
  17. That object triggered by leaving the Archives prison cell releases a super annoying high pitch noise that continues until the chosen undead de-activates it manually. Can we fix that? As in remove it entirely. A replacer is welcomed but silence should definitely be considered for those with different music taste. Please try to get this out as soon as possible as I (and many others) still continue to play the game purely PvE and that noise is really bothersome.
  18. There are mods as you all know that remove that ... Sigh ... ANNOYING!!! EARSPLITTING!! Noise that Nirnroot make in the vanilla game. but i have an idea, instead of removing it why not just change it to a pleasant wind chime sound or something. or a sound that DOESN'T make you want to claw your own ears off your head when you hear it.
  19. I got this weird noise that has been going on for a while now. Its like a turning on noise. It happens when I hop on or hop out of a power armor, it happens whenever I load a save. It only happens with one character. It's not because of a mod, I uninstalled every mod I had just to make sure so it's something from the game. I already checked if it was the gauss rifle, the gamma gun or the musket noises, they weren't. I have a recording of the noise here Any suggestions?
  20. Ever since bethesda posted the chinese stealth suit on the creation club they changed the noise when stealthing and crouching, and it is beyond annoying to me, so much that I don't enjoy using stealth and stealth armor ( and that's how I play normally... ). Please if there's a mod to remove the stealth noise or if someone can make one - I will be beyond thankful!!
  21. When i go to certain areas i get a really load ticking noise it starts slowly and quietly then speeds up and gets loader, is unbearable whilst trying to play and the only way i can get rid of it is if leave the area or put the radio on. for example i was just heading out of Goodsprings on my first play through on pc (bought on steam) and got to the road and it started and i had to run halfway to primm before it stopped and it also happens in Novac unless you go into your room or a building has anyone had this problem? id be really grateful for some help Matt
  22. Hi everyone. I come toward you to suggest 3 ideas. The first one is a new : «Combat Sound Overhaul». To be honest, I am a maniac of sounds and noises in video-games. I already installed every existing mods about sounds, but none of them is really satisfying in combat sounds. I would like to hear the noise of the flesh, of the metal, slicing and others. I know that this require expert hands to do it. I don't know how to make this work myself. Someone from Oblivion Nexus has already succeeded to replace all the combat sound, and add to Oblivion a violent atmosphere. ( http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/13987//? ) The second idea is, alike a new body mod, to create a new : «Realistic Back». I noticed that all bodies have care to be beautiful, almost realistic. But there is still one part of the body that mods don't touch : the back. I would like to see backs (female/male) more realistics, with deeper scapula and spine. This modification may seem very subtle, but I think that would give a less static body, and give him more sensuality. Maybe this requires a new skeleton. I think realism in video-games should not have limits, if there are motivated and qualified persons to do it. My latter idea is simpler than the previous : «Contrast And Saturation Settings». I used many ENB and the FXAA post-processing, and I noticed that It is not easy to parameterize some settings like contrast and saturation, important in my opinion. Imagine how it could be simple to change contrast if the settings could be subjoin to the menu. In aim to avoid a heavy tweaking in Enbseries.ini, etc. That's it ! I hope I had inspire a talented modder, or that someone recognized himself in this topic. My apologies for my convoluted language, I'm French
  23. Hey Forums. I have this weird glitch/bug where there is this background noise that never stops. It sounds like wind going through a cave (or just wind in general) and i can maybe hear what it seems to be a smoldering noise. This bug started happening right after i finished the civil war quest (battle for windhelm). Im guessing the smoldering noise is coming from the blazing rubble from the battle. the noise however, is still playing and it is really interfering with my gameplay and immersion. The noise however goes away when i go underwater and when i use the "showracemenu" command Is there anyway to fix this?

  25. Does the noise companions make affect enemies' ability to detect you? If I have a companion in power armor, are they going to limit my ability to be stealthy? Do different companions have different agility levels, and does this affect their ability to sneak? I'm asking because I've been running with Deacon lately, and I want to know if I should be giving him shadowed armor.
