i got a tone of views of this video in just one day.

Getting frequent CTD in Whiterun, sometimes around it, sometimes loading in it. My PC specs: Game ver. 1.9.32.0 All DLC, Using SKSE, NMM 0.65.4, LOOT. Game installed on SSD. I have most of my mod from start of the game. The only heavy mods i installed mid game are immersive patrols and FFE after uninstalling UFO by provided instructions. Note that i've had these crashes before installing these 2. Please help, really tired of these crashes, 99% of them are the ones in whiterun. Here's my plugins.txt and 3 papirus logs:

For a basic idea of my original problem, you might be able to learn something from this post that I made, however the information in that post is likely not relevant to this post, because I have since started a new game. A few months ago, I had started up a new game of Skyrim after being away from it for a while, figured I might as well try a new game because, in my time away from the game, I had thought of a few other mods to install next time I played. These included new races (the Fennec and Lykaios races), as well as some smaller mods like Better Claws and Gauntlets and Convenient Carriages. Long story short, I installed all of those, and uninstalled a handful of mods (Verdant, Osmodius texture replacer) and next thing I know, my game crashes every time I try to enter Breezehome. I first noticed the problem because it was the first time I had bought Breezehome on that playthrough. I was playing as a Fennec character, so I guessed that might have had something to do with it. Changed race, no dice. Tried uninstalling each and every new mod one by one, no dice. Tried reinstalling both Osmodius and Verdant, no dice. Checked through Steam to make sure all files were intact, no dice. Even did a bit of manual searching through files and updating my load order using LOOT, no dice. In the post linked above, gromulos had mentioned using Wrye Bash to make a patch and all of that jazz; I read through the instructions in both the guide he provided a link to AND Wrye Bash, and immediately found that, since Skyrim SE is installed in my Program Files folder, Wrye Bash would probably be useless to me. My main reason for simply giving up on that idea wasn't so much being lazy, but because there was a time (months ago) that I played Skyrim SE with almost exactly the same mods I play with today, and never had any sort of issues, short of something caused by load order. If this CTD is being caused by a mod conflict, I'm pretty sure I would have figured it out by now. The only mod I use that edits Breezehome was one that I installed before starting a new game, so this time around my game should be running with everything in place. I really don't understand why I'm having such a problem with this. Every other issue I've ever had with this kind of thing usually simply came from a mod that wasn't updated, or wasn't in the proper position in my load order. I've checked everything I possibly can, done as much research as possible without spending hours in front of my computer, and tested about every idea myself and my Skyrim-loving friends have proposed, and nothing has worked. I am not sure if a similar crash happens in any of the other player homes (I haven't had the time to make it that far into the game yet), but since Breezehome is the one I prefer to stay in, this is a pretty severe issue for me. For the most part, I can get along fine without a home, but it's a huge pain in the butt to haul all of my junk around or shove it into the inventories of my companions. My present load order will be posted in a comment below. And as an FYI, I have not uninstalled, installed, or reinstalled any mods since starting this new playthrough. I uninstalled both race mods (Fennec and Lykaios) because I figured they might be a possible source of the problem before starting this new game, so there shouldn't be any problems with that kind of stuff now. I am playing as a Khajiit, and every other facet of the game functions perfectly fine. Hopefully I can get some help this time, because I don't think Wrye Bash will be of much aid to me.

I keep experiencing CTDs when I'm outside, specifically when I'm somewhere around Whiterun (mid-range) or someplace in between Riverwood and Helgen (so far only these two). No CTDs inside cities or interiors yet. I've officially had it up to here with my Skyrim. I have a bunch of mods that have been fully optimized with Mod Organizer, LOOT, and TES5Edit, but despite all my effort, I keep getting freezes and CTDs all the goddamn time. I really want help with this, because I love Skyrim so much, but all these problems are making me want to give up. I have been crashing whenever entering Whiterun for months. I tried fixing in any and every way I could feasibly discern, I followed every online CTD guide, I made a clean install, I disabled every mod, I disabled them one at a time, and absolutely nothing fixed it. I tried SSEEdit, I tried unpacking my mesh BSA, I'm pretty sure that I'm at my wits' end. This here is my load order. Please, help. https://modwat.ch/u/Friedrich/plugins

After completing the first Helgen Reborn quest I tried to fast travel to Whiterun. Crashed within 5 seconds. All the other waypoints are fine, it only happens when entering the interior of Whiterun. I am not sure if the issue is Helgen Reborn or something else. It's a new save, with LOTD and Helgen Reborn being the only major changes. I do have JK's Skyrim, but I've never had issues with it before. I put some logs and my mod load order in the link below. I can rewind to before I started the Helgen story but I can't test the teleport crash without it saving over my progress. I wonder if removing Helgen Reborn after rewinding and saving will corrupt my game? LOTD Whiterun Crash list - Anniversary Edition - Load Order Library

I notice there's an angle on whiterun around the Gildergreen tree that assets would disappear then reappear depending on the angle of where I'm looking. I'm using Jk's skyrim and COTN along with their appropiate patches. I notice that the assets these two mods add are the ones that are reappearing and disppearing. My game hasn't CTD because of this and it just happens normally. There's not even an fps lag. What's bothersome is this is more noticeable on winterhold. Large buildings would appear and disappear. My question is: Is this the limitaitons of the game engine? or is it the mods themselves? are there patches for this? I keep CTDing whenever I try to leave Whiterun. Had a CTD or two here and there on the way there and have been having issues with CTDs to the point of reinstalling Skyrim SE a few times then learning I didn't need to (woops, time wasted). Figured it was time to ask for help though I know everyone is busy and I likely have an issue people have come across 20+ times. Even so, please - any help would be lovely. I have been fiddling and trying to do things on my own to fix these CTDs for about 3 weeks now. New to modding and got way overzealous with the amount of them I'm running. Any and all help is very loved. ♥ UPDATE: Waited 24 hours in game, went into a shop, came out, and was able to leave Whiterun as normal. Uninstalled Wild World since it conflicts with Immersive Citizens. Still want some insight on what I could do further to avoid problems in the future.

When i rerun DynDOLOD with "Advanced > Generate static lods" unticked, it solves the problem but then the lod for Dragon's Reach is missing. Why ? Thanks in advance if someone tries to help

Simple mod concept. You're the Dragonborn you slay dragons. How it should work. After conquering or defending whiterun in the civil war. You became jarl. If you part of the legion you are granted jarldom after the conclusion of the battle as the previous Jarl is deemed unfit for duty for gross negligence.. If your part of the storm cloaks you are awarded Jarldom because poor old grey mane had a heart attack.

The Nords believe the sky, Kyne, breathed life into them at the summit of the Throat of the World, which is now considered the tallest mountain in Tamriel (the Red Mountain was acknowledged as the tallest before its eruption during the Red Year). While historians tend to portray Ysgramor as the first Nordic settler of Skyrim, ushering in concurrent waves of immigration from Atmora, this is not the case. While their exact origins are unknown, the most widely accepted theory is that the early Nedic peoples (a now extinct culture) settled in Skyrim after arriving from Atmora well before the arrival of Ysgramor, and from there spread to the rest of Tamriel. In ancient times, Skyrim was ruled by the malevolent Dragon Cult. This early society revolved around the worship of dragons through intermediaries known as dragon priests, who ruled as gods above men. Sometime in the late Merethic Era, the mythical Dragon War saw the overthrow of the Dragon Cult when Alduin, Akatosh's firstborn, was defeated atop the Throat of the World. The Aldmer and Snow Elves occupied Skyrim until the late Merethic Era, when the final wave of Nordic immigration from Atmora, led by Ysgramor, finally established Nordic supremacy in modern-day Skyrim.Settlers from Atmora crossed the Sea of Ghosts and made landfall here many times, often clashing with those who had already established themselves.These early settlers called the land "Mereth", after the Elves that roamed the untamed wilderness. While the Nedic peoples were generally peaceful, the arrival of Ysgramor and the proto-Nords sparked a long, antagonistic chain of conquests that ultimately expelled the Elves from Skyrim. It is during King Harald's rule that Whiterun is known to have been divided into four districts: the Plains District, used as a marketplace where all the merchants, stalls and inns are located; the Old District, as one of the most old parts of town, where the entrance to the Vaastefold Mine is located; the Wind District, used as a residential area; and the Cloud District, where the palace of Dragonsreach is. The area used to be referred to as the "Imperial City of Skyrim", before it underwent several acts of chaos, including a dynastic feud, attacks by Hörme bandits and frost trolls, and a series of annihilating winters of alternating floods, droughts, and fires. During 3£ 221, Jarl Kettilson II and his advisors lowered all the taxes to the inhabitants of the city. While this choice had an unfortunate effect on the city's treasury, the fortunate consequence was that many foreign merchants began to take advantage of the excellent economic and administrative situation to import and export goods of primary necessity throughout the Empire. By 2£ 312, Jarl Harald III of Solitude, the acting High King, demanded and received tribute from the town in order for them to be spared a similar fate. In 2£ 346 the town was sacked by unknown bandits. By 4£ 5, a census done by Legate Caius Veram, the acting commander of the III Legion, noted that the population had been growing costantly for the last 350 years, and it is an ideal recruiting ground for the Imperial Legion. I keep CTDing leaving from Riverwood going towards Whiterun. Can't for the life of me figure it out. I've tried disabling all and redoing some bit by bit. CTD as soon as I try to get near whiterun. It seems to be between honeybrew meadery and the western watchtower, almost any closer than that I crash to desktop without fail. Re-installed, did nothing. With or without mods, it crashes. Went away, Did hours of quests (without ctd), came back, CTD on Whiterun again. Put mods back, played for another hour all was fine.... until ctd at Whiterun again. I have no idea what is happening. I can basically do anything I want anywhere else, but I cant bloody progress in the main questline at whiterun..

Hello Folks! I really need your help. Today, when I started to playing Skyrim SE, it was everything OK. But later I reinstall Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions mod. When I did so, I set the the .esp in the load order, where it was before. After this, I get CTD's. First in Dragonsreach, when I wanted to go from a room to the War room. And then it happens again, when I wanted to wait in the great hall, after I load a previous save game. I opened a previous safe game, where I was outside - far away from Whiterun - I tried quicksave and it comes CTD again. I didn't know what happened, because I just reinstall one mod, what was installed before. I run Loot, I run again FNIS and I don't know now that what happens. So I'm playing a modded playthrough of Skyrim, and I just got out of Blackreach, and I want to make my way to Whiterun, and I can't, every time I try, I either ctd when it's done loading, or I get a few seconds before getting a ctd, or I just ctd while still on the loading screen. I've tried pretty much anything, memory patch, ENB, deleting the Skyrim.ini files, checking the integrity of the game cache, shadows to Low, audio to 16 bit 44100 Hz, and all that stuff. My specs shouldn't be a problem, i5 6600k 3,5 Ghz, 16 GB DDR4 2400 RAM, EVGA SSC GTX 970 4GB GDDR5, up to date drivers. If you know any fixes for this that I may not have already done, please help me, I also have random crashes, so it may just be a mod conflict that I haven't found, so I listed my load order below. Hi everyone. My game CTD's every time i get near to Whiterun no matter is it via fast travel or if i just go there by myself. I use quite a lot of mods, bot none of them have an impact especially on Whiterun (rather on whole game). I tried already checking files via steam and installing unoficial patches but it's still not working. I don't think it is the mods fault because i had exactly the same problem when i played clear skyrim. My PC components are for sure enough to handle something like that (3.5GHz and 8Gb RAM). My mods list: 2k Legacy of the Dragonborn (better textures), Apachii SkyHair, Apophysis Dragon Priest Masks, Blaze of Eventide (+polish translation), CBBE, cinematic fire effects 2 HD, ducks and swans for skyrim, enhanced blood textures, enhanced character edit, enhanced light and FX, enhanced night skyrim, helgen reborn, immersive armors, immersive college of winterhold, imperficticious alduin, legacy of the dragonborn, moon and star (+undeath compatibility +polish translation), no bethesda intro, palaces and castles - the royal blue palace, real clouds, realistic ragdol and force, realistic smoke and embers, showracemenu precache killer, skyrim enhanced camera, skyrim hd 2k textures, skyui, smim (static mesh improvement mod), the dance od death, the eyes of beauty, undeath, unofficial skyrim legendary edition patch, werable lanterns. I also have installed all DLCs

Hihi, sorry I'm rather new on this forum, but I felt the need to post since I've been looking nonstop and it's driving me insane, so okay. i joined the thieves guild and I've finished the main quest line except for the Grand finale, the last mission to which i need to do side quests from Vex and Delvin I know i have to do 5 side quests in each city in order to activate the mini-main- quest for the city in order to restore Thieves reputation over there, I have finished my first " minimain " quest which was at Whiterun. So I went over to talk to Olfrid Battleborn, I gave him the card I retrieved from the jarl and he gave me something back, OKAY. So Everything was fine I went down to the rat way talked to Delvin and Kept up grinding these boring jobs, So I accepted 7 jobs Locations: Wildhelp: 1 Whiterun: 2(Sweep job, Burglary job) Both declined after i got the quest since I already had the main quest from whiterun Riften: 2 Solitude: 2 I kept up grinding jobs the entire night for at least 2 hours until i noticed he stopped giving me main quests and his dialogue was bugged; each 5 sidequests in a city he would randomly have " Olfrid sends his regards " yadda,yadda how he mentions the guild is growing bigger and how we have a new merchant with us, etc,etc. Once that conversation's over he'll go back to " Looking for extra job ?" and once again the cycle repeats; i get 5 jobs done in a city " Olfrid sends his regards,blahblahblah " and once again the loop continues. I've tried RestartAI, Disable,enable, Even installed a mod for the thiefguild to apparently..make this easier and avoid getting him glitched this mod, and last but not least setstage TGTQ02 10 which does,... nothing It apparently starts up the quest and tells me to go talk to erikur(he's alive) but the quest only lasts...what? .5 seconds? then it appears on my questline right at the finished or failed quests. Thanks for reading this long message and please avoid saying " hurrhurr you need to do 5 side quests for Vex or Delvin " ..Believe me, I know. Sidenote: sorry if i seemed bitchy, but it's my third day trying to fix freaking Delving and he's just trolling non stop... I started the side quests with 3-4k ... now I freaking have 14,928 .... Oh right, to add up.. Solitude is at 4 Sidequests and wildhelm is at 3, i have done the last quests i need to reach the 5 sidequest cap, and what happens? Nothing! :D! he just keeps giving me useless sidequests without offering me the option to do either Dainty sload or Summerset Shadows Oh and .. I'm playing on PC.

Hey guys im having issues entering whiterun without it crashing everytime. As far as im aware none of my mods are clashing with JKs LITE mod but when I've uninstalled that the problems stopped so im assuming thats causing the problem, I just don't see why. Would bet my left nut that it will load up fine without JKs enabled but it looks so gooood i can't bear to get rid of it.

Has anyone ever made a patch from just the immersive mods in Skyrim?

So I'm working on a mod that let's you train Restoration on the sick/wounded people in the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun. What I have now is a mod that boosts their health to 1520. I've also gotten it so that using the "damageactorvalue health 1519" console command sets their health to 1/1520, so you can cast healing spells on them and get xp. So here's my question: Is there a way to automatically use the above command (or some kind of "impersonation" there of) on the npcs when their health is full?

Hi there, i haven't played skyrim for quite some time and i'm having a really frustrating issue that i think may be mod related but i'm not sure how to solve it. i have a really good pc with an 8gig graphics card on windows 10. i've tried the bsa unpacking method to no avail and have tried installing and testing each mod individually with no problems. my current load order is below. any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Hello Guys, I started skyrim a couple months ago and I just finished the main questline with Dawnguard. I installed several mods to help skyrim look better than the original version however, I notice whiterun has been extremely buggy and making that area completely unplayable. At first, it was basically just whiterun being a ban of fps which I fixed. However, now when i do some quest or travel somewhere, return to whiterun will be almost impossible and will CTD. Sometime i have to travel to white run and when i try to exit to the maingate it will load and spawn me in skyrim with 60 fps then CTD several seconds later. Breezehome will sometime be asscable and sometime it will CTD after a few second of spawning me in. PLEASE HELP. Bannared Taver, is unusable after doing the quest where you have to find the redguard the blessing of nature is undoable since i can't even enter the temple of kynareth.
