I've rewrote the original "No Legendary Stone" mod and decided to just go all the way and include all T0 tools, weapons, and armor. You can choose the main version or pick your pieces based on how you want to play.
NOTE: If you use the old version it will still work just fine for it's restricted changes, but if you use the updated files (1.1+), you'll need to delete the old one first.

Ummm, why?
Even at T6, stone weapons/tools are short lived. There's not real point to adding a rare crafting material for something you're going to replace relatively quickly that does a better job.
This mod removes the Legendary part requirement, with an optional file to instead increase the crafting materials needed to craft T6. Default is x2 materials, but the file has instructions on how to increase this to your liking.
