Make the game smoother in by changing CPU priority with registry files, reduce stutter can make worse in some computer/laptop
Start Steam.
Navigate to the installation directory of '7 Days to Die' at 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die' (Default Dir).
Run 7dLauncher.exe and untick Use EasyAntiCheat(EAC) then click on Run & save as default after that exit the game
Create a shortcut of the '7DaysToDie.exe' file to desktop.
Use this shortcut to launch the game instead of the one Steam creates
Install it by running Install7D2DHighPriority.reg Only Once Required
Uninstall it by running Uninstall7D2DHighPriority.reg
