This small mod consisting of two lines of code removes the multiplier of perk points per attribute level, which allows you to upgrade all attribute levels from 1 to 10 for just one perk point per level.
Yes, I know that there are mods that increase the number of perk points per player level, but I personally don't like this style of leveling.
