This does work with with my other mod State-of-the-badass art (Overpowered Weapons) but don't touch that. Dangerous, honey.
It should also work with r457s Vision On Damage mod (which adopts a more balanced approach to damage changes).
Install: Drop all three files into Steam\steamapps\common\AliensDarkDescent\ASF\Content\Paks
