Some changes to make Witch Bolt less useless

Changelogs
Witch Bolt:
- Base damage increased from 1d12 to 2d12, upcasting remains +1d12 per level
- Successfully landing the initial attack will use your reaction, missing will only use your action as normal
- Activation damage reduced from 1d12 to 1d6
- Activation cost changed to 1 reaction
- Activation is now a ranged spell attack roll, the same as the initial cast
- Missing the activation attack roll will end the spell
- Failure to activate on your turn will now properly end the spell



This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the spell or boost effects of Witch Bolt.
