Reworks the subclass ki-spell list, spell progression, and ki point progression for way of the four elements, greatly improving the class fantasy and playstyle, while remaining faithful to the initial design concept.

Foreword:

Overall changes to Way of the Four Elements:

- New spells now unlock at levels 6, 9, and 12
- Way of the Four Elements Monks gain an additional ki point at 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th level. 
- Way of the Four Elements Monk Spells now trigger and can be used with extra attack. 
- All monk spells are now classified as spells, and can be counterspelled, but can be cast while silent and gain the benefits of items that trigger off of spells. 

The goal of this mod is to give Way of the Four Elements a balanced list of options around fire, cold, lightning, and thunder damage, and properly
allow for the class fantasy of elemental strikes and spells without interrupting the core class concept of multiple strikes/attacks, with reductions in
ki cost to lower tier monk spells as you level up, to mimic gaining mastery over the elements. 

This subclass has progression to level 12.


Monk Spell List:
3rd level:
- Fangs Of The Fire Snake (1 ki point): Unchanged
- Blade Of The Rime (1 ki point): Now functions identically to Fangs Of The Fire Snake, dealing Cold damage instead of Fire. 
- Touch Of The Storm (1 ki point): Now functions identically to Fangs Of The Fire Snake, dealing Lightning damage instead of Fire. 
- Vortex Strike (1 ki point): Functions identically to Fangs Of The Fire Snake, dealing Thunder damage instead of Fire. 
- Sweeping Cinder Strike (2 ki points): Unchanged. 
- Water Whip (2 ki points): Functionality is the same, but deals Cold damage instead of Bludgeoning. 
- Static Strike (2 ki points): Strike a target with a blast of lightning, dealing 3d10 lightning damage and electrocuting them for 2 turns. 
- Fist of Four Thunders (2 ki points): Unchanged. 
- Orb of Solar Wrath (2 ki points): Lob a ball of volatile flame at a target, dealing 3d10 fire damage and making them burn for 2 rounds.   Dexterity saving throw, half damage and no burn on a successful save. 
- Bulwark Of The Glacier (2 ki points): Functions as armor of agathys cast at 1st level. upgrades to 2nd level at level 9. 
- Lash Of Lightning (2 ki points): Functions as the dragonborn's lightning breath weapon. Dexterity saving throw, deals 2d8 lightning   damage or half as much on a failed save. 
- Fist of Unbroken Air: Functionality is the same, but deals Thunder damage instead of Bludgeoning. 
6th level:
- Embrace The Inferno (3 ki points): Unchanged. 
- Clench Of The North Wind (3 ki points): Unchanged.
- Shocking Surge (3 ki points): Emit an explosion of lightning that deals 2d12 Lightning damage to any entity within 4 meters. Deals half   damage on a successful dexterity saving throw. 
- Gong Of The Summit: Unchanged. 
9th level:
- Flames Of The Phoenix (4 ki points): Unchanged. 
- Winter Of The Leviathan (4 ki points): Functions as Cone Of Cold, but damage is reduced to 8d6. 
- Power Of The Raiju (4 ki points): Functions as Lightning Bolt. 
- Seal Of The Raging Vortex (4 ki points): Functions as Glyph Of Warding: Thunder.
12th level:
- River Of Flame (5 ki points): Functions as Wall Of Fire. 
- Breath Of Winter (5 ki points): Functions similar to a Cold version of Cloudkill, with custom visuals. Does not impede sight, or inflict any   status, but deals 5d8 Cold damage per turn to all creatures in the cloud, or half as much on a successful constitution saving throw. 
- Skyshatter Strike (5 ki points): Functions as Call Lightning. Damage is increased to 4d10. 
- Wrath Of The Hurricane (4 ki points): Functions as a Thunder variant of Spirit Guardians, with custom visuals. damage is increased to 4d10. 

Subclass Features:
3rd level:
- Elemental Ki points: You gain an additional Ki point. This feature grants you additional Ki points at levels 6, 9, and 12.
- Harmony of Fire and Water: Now has a cooldown of once per short rest and restores Ki points equal to (half your class level +3)/2.
5th level:
- Fury of Wind and Storm: Casting a monk spell allows you to make an additional free weapon, unarmed, or monk spell attack.
6th level:
- Elemental Ki points: You gain an additional Ki point.
- Ki Casting Adept: Monk spells with an initial casting cost of 2 ki points now only cost 1 ki point to cast. 
9th level:
- Elemental Ki points: You gain an additional Ki point.
- Ki Casting Expert: Monk spells with an initial casting cost of 3 ki points now only cost 2 ki point to cast. 
- Improved Elemental Casting: unchanged, but properly applies to Clench of the North Wind (hold person), and the newly added Orb of   Solar Wrath, Lash of Lightning, Bulwark of the Glacier, Shocking Surge, and Static Strike.
12th level:
- Elemental Ki points: You gain an additional Ki point.
- Ki Casting Master: Monk spells with an initial casting cost of 4 ki points now only cost 3 ki point to cast. 


This mod edits the class description to change the progression table ID for Way of the Four Elements, any other mod that edits Way of the Four Elements progression will not work.
