Fixes the Mystra's Blessing effect from the Staff of Arcane Blessing to do what the tooltip says.

Description:
The tooltip of the Staff of Arcane Blessing says that it "grants an additional 1d4 to saving throws and normal attacks, and an additional 2d4 to spells using attack rolls." Instead it only grants an additional 1d4 to spell attack rolls. (Aug. 18 Hotfix #4)
I figured it might be a text bug in the tooltip because it seems overpowered. However here is a fix anyway so that the staff works as advertised.
Alternatively, I provided another version where the Mystra's Blessing status is removed when Bless is removed. This way we don't have the overpowered exploit of essentially bless without concentration.
Compatibility:
Only changed the mystra's blessing effect so should be compatible with basically anything.
Install:
Through mod managers just like any other standard .pak mods.
Uninstall:
Any time even mid play-through.
