Replaces the Cantrip True Strike with a Thunder AOE (3m) Cantrip.

- Initial damage 2d10 Thunder
- Npc's can't use (hopefully)
- Damage increase like other cantrips

- Targets 1-6 (more targets added at level 3-5-7-9-11)

- Targets 1-3 (more targets added at level 1-5-10)

For a more compatible version of this spell but doesnt scale with # of targets (might upon requests): Thunder Ring
