About this mod
Helps get rid of all that blood, dirt, and sweat on a regular basis using timers or a short rest. Also includes two actives, one for cleaning and one for making yourself a bloody mess. Read Description page for details on how, and information about the variants available. Read the uninstall directions.

Make note of the Uninstallation instructions before you install.
All Versions:
Alters the bottle of water item, use it to activate your daily hygiene routine. Water is not consumed on use. Item can still be thrown to make things wet.
Adds ability, "Wash Away Grime", which will cleanse any character (including neutrals and enemies) within a 6m radius around you of all sweat, dirt, and blood.
Adds ability, "Blood Bath", which will cover any character (including neutrals and enemies) within a 6m radius around you in blood.
Character will now clean themself upon a short rest.
Instant:
Upon taking damage, dealing damage at close range, or ending combat: character will be cleansed of all sweat, dirt, and blood, instantly.
30s,1min,5min:
Same triggers as above, but will activate a timer instead of occurring instantly. Timer is displayed as a buff indicator next to the portrait.
NoIcon:
As above but removes the visible timer.
Please note that in all versions, only the active ability has a visual effect. When the triggers occur, the grime is removed but no visual effect or sound plays. I felt that would get annoying really fast. If you feel like the triggers aren't working for some reason, please use a visible indicator version and the Blood Bath ability to make things as obvious as possible while testing.
If you have successfully installed the mod, the water bottle item should change. Refer to the screen shot to see what it should look like.
If you have applied the mod to your character (using the water bottle), the "Hygienic" feature should appear on the character's Notable Features list.
INSTALLATION:
Recommend installing via the BG3 Mod Manager. Do not ask me to troubleshoot Vortex for you, I don't use it.
Unzip .pak file into your (by default) "%LocalAppData%\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods" folder or equivalent.
Run or Refresh BG3 Mod Manager.
Drag Mod from "Inactive" (right side) to "Active" (left side)
First time running the mod: Place at bottom of load order for maximum compatibility with other mods.
Click on the "Export" button or go to "File->Export to Game"
REQUIRES - "Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Fixer". The mod fixer doesn't need to be installed via the manager, just place the .pak file in the Mod folder and it will work without extra steps. Previous versions of the Mod Fixer, "Full Release Mod Fixer" or "Patch 3 Mod Fixer", are completely identical files so you can stick with them if you have them already.
Will throw up an error ("Unable to create a working story") when creating a new game or loading a game from before this mod was installed. This error can be ignored, if you have the above Mod Fixer installed. Installing "ImprovedUI", will remove the error message.
If installed mid-campaign, it will cause the Time Played (the number displayed on your savegame) to reset. Same with every other mod that requires the above Mod Fixer.
Can be installed/uninstalled mid-campaign but uninstallation requires extra steps, see uninstallation instructions.
