Ring of Devil's Sight
Devil's Sight: You can see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, to a distance of 24m.
The Pact: Wearing this ring has a cost...after a critical hit you must succeed a saving throw (DC17) or succumb to Hideous Laughter for 2 turns.
