Currently healing potions remove the burning condition ('cause they're....wet, I guess?). So why not make them remove bleeding, too?
I also have a mod named PotentPotions-FullHeal-RemoveBleeding that adds making the potion heal its maximum amount if you'd like both (or there's one just for the Max Heal)
