For class icons you'll need the latest ImprovedUI + ImprovedUI Assets and do not use any other mod that updates datatemplates.xaml
Why? Every mod that adds custom class icons will override each other since they use custom xaml files (unless they also rely on ImprovedUI
Assets). The only fix is for all those other mods to give their icons
over to ImprovedUI Assets. And they'll do it even if they're just in the mods folder, activated or not.
Mods that are in the game folder and overwrite system files might also prevent some skills from working correctly.

Keep in mind ImprovedUI is only needed for class icons, not for spells or items. Requires the ImprovedUI version that supporst dynamic class icons.

You also might want Script Extender for the subclass compatibility framework.

Introduction
You spent your youth under the sway of a dread pirate, a ruthless cutthroat who taught you how to survive in a world of sharks and savages.  Now, you've become a feared pirate in your own right.  You have indulged in larceny on the high seas and sent more than one deserving soul to a briny grave.  Bloodshed and the pursuit of treasure are no strangers to you, and you've garnered a somewhat unsavory reputation in many a port town.

The Pirate is a master at swordplay and wordplay. Your spellcaster modifier is Charisma, so it's a great face character.
The class is completely homebrew made by me, here is the progression: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/3070?tab=posts

Supports up to level 20.

Installation (Wiki)
Use BG3 Mod Manager
Make sure the mod is before the compatibility framework in the load order. ImprovedUI and ImprovedUI Assets just need to be in the Mods folder and visible in the overrides section. And you might also need the Mod Fixer if you use ImprovedUI to get the icons.

Multiplayer
Please make sure everyone in your party is using
- exactly the same mods!
- exactly the same mod versions!
- exactly the same load order!

Incompatible with:
- If you don't have the compatibility framework, then it's also incompatible with any other Rogue subclass mod.
- Any mod that adds a Pirate class or Pirate icons
