Installation
Compatible with BG3MM. I haven't tested Vortex so I cannot guarantee anything or help you troubleshoot it. If using BG3MM, ensure you have version 1.0.9.11 (dated Oct 4th) or later. For the more experienced, manual installation is an option. Detailed instructions are provided in this article: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/articles/129.
Compatibility
This mod works with existing games - make sure you take a long rest or level up a character to refresh store inventories after installing. There are no known incompatibilities with other mods.
A note on future game updates
This mod does not modify any assets in the base game at all; it only adds a new item that relies on vanilla assets. As a rule, you can expect the mod to work seamlessly when upgrading to new game patches.
What will I get?
A rare cloak called Flying Cape that grants its wearer - while out of combat - the ability to fly, an increased movement speed, jump distance and immunity to falling damage. Once casted, you can also unequip the cape and keep using the fly ability, useful if you have a late game replacement or want to fly with your other party members.
Where do I get it?
You can find this item in the tutorial chest (on the nautiloid).
You can also buy this item from vendors in all three acts - make sure you take a long rest or level up a character to refresh store inventories.

Recommended Mods
Ring Of Minor Rituals makes exploration so much better as you are free to cast the most commonly used non-combat spells whenever you need them just by wearing a ring. Highly recommended!
Ritual Misty Step gives even more mobility outside of combat without expanding any spell slots, nice to explore freely.
