Installation with BG3 Mod Manager
- Download and Extract files
- Place the .pak into your mods folder
Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods - Refresh the Mod Manager
- Drag the mod from the right panel to the left
- File>Export Order To Game
- File>Save Order
Disclaimer
- Certain tattoos/makeup might look warped
- Minor clipping issues are inevitable
- "Meryl" head has some wonky geometry around the ear base, but it's only noticeable from behind
- Selene and Phrenica have minor ear seams only visible on a bald head from behind
- As this mod uses vanilla skeletons, certain facial piercings and facial hair may be misaligned
- Tested with BG3 Mod Manager, so I can't verify if it works with Vortex
