Feats are a weird conversation for a lot of people, especially in Baldur's Gate 3. There's a lot of them, but of the bunch, only a few are truly worth taking over an ASI, and they're usually worth it because they're almost ridiculously powerful relative to every other option. This mod... doesn't really solve that, but it tries to tighten the balancing of these outliers, so that they're still good and rewarding, but not to as crazy of an extent.

The specifics:
Great Weapon Master: Works off your Proficiency Bonus now. While toggled, GWM- All In will subtract your Proficiency Bonus to hit, while adding twice your Proficiency Bonus to damage. The bonus action attack on crit or kill has not been changed.

Sharpshooter: Same treatment as GWM. While toggled, subtracts your Proficiency Bonus to hit, adds twice your Proficiency Bonus to damage. Nothing else has been changed.

Tavern Brawler: Now adds your Proficiency Bonus to hit and damage with unarmed melee attacks and improvised weapons. With throws, you only add your Proficiency Bonus to hit, but not to damage.

Charger: Both versions of Charger now only cost 1 Action, rather than an Action and a Bonus action. To compensate, the +5 damage bonus on Charger: Weapon Attack has been removed.

I chose to change these feats to run on your Proficiency Bonus rather than your Ability Score or a flat value for a few reasons.
In the case of Tavern Brawler, it enables the feat to be used on more builds and in a less egregiously powerful way, meaning Strength Monk and Throw Barbarian are no longer disproportionately powerful relative to other build options for those classes.
For GWM and Sharpshooter, it makes taking them at early levels less of a trap, as the penalty to your accuracy is lower, while still achieving roughly equivalent power at endgame. Additionally, the idea of feats that scale is more appealing and rewarding than what we currently have, I think.
Charger, on the other hand, was just plain bad. In no universe is your Bonus Action worth a paltry 5 extra damage, and a feat like this really shouldn't be actively restricting your options in combat if you choose to use it. Now, this feat basically amounts to a lot of extra movement in combat, in addition to a main action Shove, which I believe will make it a much more worthwhile option to consider, as both of these things can be important to any martial.

Installation: Use BGMM.

If you're a connoisseur of niche mods that change balance in inscrutable ways, I've also made Scourgelord and Blade of Avernus, with hopefully many more to come. Please check them out if you're interested.
