Simple mod that only removes the ability cap so it's compatible with everything

Please don't forget to Endorse the mod if you like using it
If you have a ton of mods that add abilities or modded items that grant abilities but the cap at 30 makes them all redundant, then this mod is for you!
If you are using cheats but the vanilla ability cap of 30 annoys you just add this mod to your list of already existing mods
Removing it after increasing your abilities should be safe as the abilites will just drop back down to their 30 limit after mod removal.
