- Creatures hit by it have their movement speed halved for 1 turn (with no save against that effect) in addition to original vanilla effect.
- Changed into a concentration spell - can be recast as a Bonus Action each turn without expending a Spell Slot, as long as concentration is maintained, similar to Call Lightning (you will receive the option to do so on your NEXT turn - to prevent being able to double cast it in one turn)
