FINALLY FIXED
Compared to vanilla Hypnotic Gaze:
- Unlimited use (removes until Long Rest cooldown);
- Affected target becomes immune to Hypnotic Gaze until long rest if it succeeds a saving throw or when the duration* ends (damaging the target ends the effect early)
* (tooltip shows 2 turn duration but it ticks down when THE CASTER ends THEIR turn, so it actually lasts only one round like it is supposed to)
