a few buffs and passives added,this sword now ignores resistance/deal psychic damage and apply MENTAL FATIGUE on a sucessful hit("the sword cleave both meat and mind,body and brain.to swing one,mesmerising,to be slain by one,agonising"),the burning effect is just vfx so no fire damage
