- Encumbered consumes 1.5x movement & halves jump distance (this is the base game effect without slowing down your character)
- Heavily Encumbered consumes 3.0x movement & halve jumps distance (base game is 3.0x movement & disabling jump, in addition to the other negatives)
The movement effect will only matter in combat/turn-based mode.
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the boost effects of Encumbered & Heavily Encumbered.
