Adjusts Wrathful Smite to better match PHB rules

Changes Wrathful Smite to fit PHB rules:
- Frightened duration increased to 10 turns
- Target makes a WIS save every turn to shake off the condition
PHB rules call for a WIS check against caster's spell save DC, as an action. I've implemented a WIS save, automatically. Check seems to be impossible, but I'll work on the action thing. Figured auto saving throw is better than nothing.
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the spell effects of Wrathful Smite.
