Gives the Crossbow of Arcane Force some extra oomph

Changes the Crossbow of Arcane Force to be stronger & more unique.
Let me show you its features:
- Enchantment +1
- Base damage changed to Force
- Base damage reduced to 1d4; extra damage added, +1d6 Radiant
- Arcane Ammunition duration increased to 2 turns, cooldown reduced to per combat
- Ranged version of Tenacity, Force damage
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the weapon properties of the Crossbow of Arcane Force.
Alternate file, Psychic version:
- Replaces Radiant damage with Psychic
