Adjusts the various Ritual Spells to PHB rules

Changes the various Ritual Spells to better fit PHB rules:
- Detect Thoughts: Duration reduced to 10 turns, ritual tag removed
- Disguise Self: Duration reduced to 600 turns, ritual tag removed, can be cast using higher level spell slots with no additional benefit
- Enhance Leap: Ritual tag removed
- Feather Fall: Cost reduced to 1 reaction, ritual tag removed
- Find Familiar: No change
- Longstrider: Duration reduced to 600 turns, ritual tag removed
- Silence: No change
- Speak with Animals: Duration reduced to 100 turns
- Speak with Dead: Free recast removed, ritual tag removed; Other sources (The Amulet of Lost Voices & the Necromancy of Thay) cooldowns removed
Missing features from the PHB rules:
- Disguise Self: Larian added many of the effects of Alter Self to disguise self; Until someone (possibly me) implements Alter Self, I've left that alone
- Feather Fall: Being able to activate while falling, I don't know how to make an interrupt that triggers while falling
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the spell effects of Detect Thoughts, Disguise Self, Enhance Leap, Feather Fall, Longstrider, Speak with Animals, & Speak with Dead, or the passive effects of Otherworldly Leap.
