Boosts the usefulness of the Magic Initiate feats

Changelogs
Changes the Magic Initiate feats to be more useful, 2 files to choose from:

Default: uses the spell lists as defined in BG3
Plus TCE: uses the spell list additions from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, as implemented in my Spell List Additions TCE mod

Overall changes:
- These feats can now be re-taken
- Spells no longer only use the spellcasting stat of the class in the name of the feat, they'll scale with whatever your character's ability is
- Long rest spell cooldown removed
- Spells now operate on shared Arcane Battery charges: 4 charges per feat, 1 charge used per spell level; Charges restored on Long Rest
- These spells cannot be upcast

Magic Initiate: Bard: 
- Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma +1 (Up to 20)
- Gain 4 Arcane Battery charges
- Learn 2 cantrips from the Bard spell list
- Learn 2 spells from the Bard spell list, 1st level
- Learn 1 spell from the Bard spell list, 2nd level

Magic Initiate: Cleric:
- Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma +1 (Up to 20)
- Gain 4 Arcane Battery charges
- Learn 2 cantrips from the Cleric spell list
- Learn 2 spells from the Cleric spell list, 1st level
- Learn 1 spell from the Cleric spell list, 2nd level

Magic Initiate: Druid:
- Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma +1 (Up to 20)
- Gain 4 Arcane Battery charges
- Learn 2 cantrips from the Druid spell list
- Learn 2 spells from the Druid spell list, 1st level
- Learn 1 spell from the Druid spell list, 2nd level

Magic Initiate: Sorcerer:
- Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma +1 (Up to 20)
- Gain 4 Arcane Battery charges
- Learn 2 cantrips from the Sorcerer spell list
- Learn 2 spells from the Sorcerer spell list, 1st level
- Learn 1 spell from the Sorcerer spell list, 2nd level

Magic Initiate: Warlock:
- Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma +1 (Up to 20)
- Gain 4 Arcane Battery charges
- Learn 2 cantrips from the Warlock spell list
- Learn 2 spells from the Warlock spell list, 1st level
- Learn 1 spell from the Warlock spell list, 2nd level

Magic Initiate: Wizard:
- Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma +1 (Up to 20)
- Gain 4 Arcane Battery charges
- Learn 2 cantrips from the Wizard spell list
- Learn 2 spells from the Wizard spell list, 1st level
- Learn 1 spell from the Wizard spell list, 2nd level


Notes:
- All the spells in this mod are unique variants and cannot be affected by any other mods that change their spell effects, however they can be affected by mods that alter boost or other effects

This mod edits the feat effects & feat descriptions for all Magic Initiate feats, the spell list for Magic Initiate: Warlock, & the passive effects for all Magic Initiate feats; so it will be incompatible with any mod that does the same.
