Overhauls Mystic Arcanum to be more useful:
- Spell selection at level-up removed
- Mystic Arcanum is now an ability
- Choose from one of 19 6th level spells to cast without using a spell slot, once per long rest

Notes:
- All the spells in this mod are unique variants and cannot be affected by any other mods that change their spell effects, however they can be affected by mods that alter boost or other effects
- Spell order seems to be determined by absolute alphabetical order, since all spells begin with their spell type, that is the primary factor
This mod edits progression for Warlock level 11, so it will be incompatible with any mod that does the same.
