Let you companions use misty step to follow you!

- Donations
Cast Level 3/4 Misty Step on your Companions to enable a "Misty Step Jump" that they can use to follow you!!
The Jump Version has increased Range
Line of sight is not necessary any more (yes, teleporting into sealed, hidden rooms is possible)
Does not interrupt sneak or invisibility (stealth skill)
If you or your companions jump into a place without pathfinding they are separated, just hit "G" one or two times to connect them again.
Still working on preventing this, hints are welcome.
This is an Alpha Version, I will add translation files to it and also watch for comments.
