Disables Baldness and Helmet Hair for Hats & Hoods.

This mod disables baldness and helmet hair for all the hats and disables baldness for all hoods that are accessible to the player, so none that can be worn by NPC but is not an item the player can get (it should be all of them at least, but tell me if I missed any). Does not include other headwear equipment that use baldness or helmet hair, like helmets and certain masks (willing to add if requested). Works for all races, bodytypes and genders, so long as they can wear the hat. Works for modded hairs as well.
Both versions can be installed together, there should not be any conflict between them.
Obviously, pretty much all of the hair will clip through the hats & hoods! There are some combinations with little to no visible clipping, but you should for the most part only use this mod if you don't mind the clipping!
Installation
Use your preferred Mod manager or install it manually (guide).
