Fixes:
Adds missing approval and disapproval ratings when revealing you have a mind flayer tadpole.
Changes flow of dialogue to include missing narration lines.
Prevents "I need help. I've been infected by a mind flayer parasite." dialogue line from appearing when speaking to her in the grove if you have already revealed that information.
Optional Changes:
Gives Astarion priority to interject when Auntie Ethel is regaling you with her tale about "...a fella who'd been caught dabbling with a dryad.".
If Astarion is not in the party, the dialogue will behave as normal and randomly select a companion to interject during the conversation.
Note: Selecting the line "I don't really know what's wrong with me, that's the problem.", will skip Auntie Ethel telling her story and any companion interjections will NOT occur.
