Legend has it there was a second Mama Mewon, a bit less aggressive but just as parental, who became separated from her babies when the island of Broken Tooth sank into the ocean. Now you can eat them both.

In the game's files the Mama Mewon and the Wee Mewon have textures for an unused yellow variant. I decided to turn those into functioning Bugsnax. Since the Mama Mewon is a legendary with a scripted boss battle, I instead implemented the yellow variant as a giant Snak living on Broken Tooth Island.

Yellow Mama Mewon is found wandering the shore of Broken Tooth, where the player first arrives. I have added trigger conditions to Mama Yellow Mewon's level file so that it should, theoretically, only spawn after some of the introductory scenes away from the shore have played out, and then be invisible during the island departure scene. I have not gone and tested this myself, however I am fairly confident that it should work. Please let me know if it does not.
Likewise, the Wee Yellow Mewons live out on the rocks in the water at Simmering Springs, and should also only appear after the introductory scenes on Broken Tooth.

The Yellow Wee Mewons are caught easily, much like the red variants. They will sit around looking lost until the player gets close enough to get their attention. their attention range is smaller than that of the red variant.
The Yellow Mama Mewon has fairly basic Giant Bugsnak behavior, similar to the Bunger Royale. It will wander around and knock the player out of it's way, and will charge if pestered. It must be shrunk (Shrink spice has been provided) and then stunned with the trip shot.

Both Mewons use the same meshes as their respective red variant, therefore this mod is compatible with Snakification Modifications. However, the Yellow Mama Mewon snakification will use the default Mama Mewon grumpus skin rather than my modified one.
