You also need to create a shortcut to your executable and add the flag -fileopenlog

Unzip and Install the utoc, ucas, and pak to Content\Paks\~mods
UPDATE: x and o were swapped in my original version. Please update to ver 1.1 to fix the issue. Thanks to Gantz79 and ZekZi for letting me know about this bug!
