Description

Some people are not comfortable with voice chat, do not have a mic, or just hop onto islands to trade with others.

With this mod, can now fully express yourself whilst just having a converstation!;
  • On Multiplayer - whoever has this mod will display emotes when entering trigger words (Including some Australian slang!)
  • The trigger words to trigger emotes will only apply to the player who wrote it with the mod installed, but everyone will see the emote displayed
  • The trigger words do not need to be capitalised, or lowercase, they will be triggered as long as the correct word is typed regardless
  • Trigger words are integrated with every emote in the game - including six hidden ones that do not show up on your emote wheel (enter), can you find them?!

Full instructions for downloading the mod;

  • Make sure BepinEx 6 is installed.
  • Drag Skydrae.LivelySpeech.dll into the "Dinkum/BepinEx/plugins" folder.
  • Launch Dinkum and enjoy to your hearts content! Express yourselves!

Some examples and their uses, this is intended to make conversations natural to pull the emote, so happy hunting for the rest!;

Even for these examples, there are more words that will trigger these three, although it's meant to be natural to fit into conversation and a fun factor of finding what words trigger which emote!

  • Hey, G'day, Bye - This will trigger the wave emote
  • Think, Idk, Maybe - This will trigger the thinking emote
  • Omg, Really?, :o - This will trigger the shocked emote

Planned Feature(s):
  • Trigger words will no longer fire an emote unless they are an exact match. For instance slaughter won't trigger the Laugh emote..."They" won't trigger the Wave emote.
  • Multiple emotes per message provided will be handled. For instance typing "I am sad and happy sometimes" will trigger the Sad emote followed by the Happy emote.
