Adds a new faction: Fictustani Agents Countering Insurgencies Regionally, known as FAKIR. These troops act as a middleground for Nowheraki SWAT and the CIA. Living in the region makes them harder for enemies to ID, but Agents' options are somewhat limited in terms of equipment, especially breaching methods.

Fictustani Agents Countering Insurgencies Regionally, known as FAKIR, but commonly referred to as FKR by both friend and foe. Though not officially an ally of the West, Fictustan is quietly supplied by the United States, especially when dirty work needs doing. Rifles, body armor, helmets, and training resources are common gifts. Breaching equipment is not. Fortunately, experience with the region lets FAKIR blend in more effectively, and the close proximity makes it cheaper and easier to deploy more Agents on most assignments.
