Tools used to convert the .raw texture files into psd and vice versa

Ported these tools on Nexus Mods which converts Dungeon Siege Raw files to Psd format and vice versa.
For example if you want to convert a .raw file into .psd, you would simply click and drag the .raw onto the RawToPsd.exe and it will create the psd file within the same file where the .raw file is. This process is also true for when you want to convert the .psd to .raw file as well.

Simply extract the zip file to where you like the exes to be. You will need Tank Viewer I in order to extract the files and RTC - Rapid Tank Creator for tank creation.
For example if you want to convert a .raw file into .psd, you would simply click and drag the .raw onto the RawToPsd.exe and it will create the psd file within the same file where the .raw file is. This process is also true for when you want to convert the .psd to .raw file as well.
