New buff's based on passive skill points.
For exemple:
"Mestre das Armas" gives 25% melee damage and the requirement is "critical strike" level 8.
"Maximizar" gives 35% armor for your party and the requirement is "barricade" level 20.
ALL BUFF's:
- MESTRE DAS ARMAS: 35% melee damage. 
Requirements: Critical Strike lvl 8.
- MAXIMIZAR: 35% armor for party.
Requirements: Barricade lvl 20.
- IMPACTO ESPIRITUAL: 1 skill point to Nurturing Gift each 10 levels. Ex level 50 is 5 skill points.
Requirements:  Nurturing Gift lvl 15.
- FAGULHA: +50% cast speed.
Requirements: Devastation lvl8, Quickened Casting lvl 8.
- MEDO:
+8% magic, melee & ranged damage, +5% armor if you only have 1 of the requirements.
+16% magic, melee & ranged damage, +11% armor if you have both requirements.
Requirements: Devastation lvl 8, Arcane Fury lvl 5.
- Cura: increasing maximum health. requirements: nmagic lvl 2
BUG: The spell can be used without the requirements, but don't give any bonus.
