Download the one you want and put it into the “Resources” folder of DS2.
I have removed the stretching of the specialties tap in this version.

This package contains both the DS2 and DS2BW inventory mods
The mods are packaged for easy management with JSGME Generic Mod Enabler
The inventory mods are organized by screen resolution, use the one that suits your game resolution
If playing multiplayer, all players should load the same inventory mod size
