You are going to need the Elden Ring Save Manager to change the ID of the save for it to be compatible with your ID.
Instruction in both the archive & Preview image. Don't forget to move away you'r original ER0000.sl2 & ER0000.sl2.bak so you have a backup.

The Save ;
- No cheats or mods have been used during the making of it.
- Level 1. Hoarding 10 616 882 runes(A little more from the missing items that have been collected.) + those looted that are in the inventory & chest.
So you can make it the level & build you want.
- Flasks, Equipments, Spirit Ashes etc have NOT been upgraded. So you can "customise" the difficuly a little more.
In the exeption of two quest-reward weapons that are +8 by default.
Materials required for the upgrade that are lootable are in the inventory. You can also buy more at the Round Table Hold.
- All lootables & buyables have been looted and bought. (Armors, Weapons, Larval Tears, Ashes of War, Spells, Spirit Ashes, Emotes etc)
Including "Baldachin's Blessing" reducing maximum HP% when in the inventory.
- The ending choice have not been made, go to the "Fractured Makika" Site of Grace on the golden tree and pick an ending to make New Game+ available.
If an item is missing please do report it to me and i'll fix that.
Some items are missing for a good reason, some are impossible to get without a NG+ ;
- Some of the Remembrance Items or Spells, since there is not enough "Walking Mausoleum" for all of them.
(You can use the DLC "Remembrance Duplication Coffin" to get more of the base game ones, but at the detriment of DLC Remembrances.)
- Quest-choice specific items that will require a different choice in NG+ to get ;
For those of you not wanting to go through the trouble of save import again or loose the progress they made on previous versions,
here is a list of missing things that have been collected in new "update" of the save, so you can go and get them yourself ;

- 1.1 ; The "Bloodflame Blade incantation"
It's location is a golden scarab just north of the "Churche of Roses". You
can see it from the island. which is just south of Lucaria Academy.

- 1.2 ; The "Golden Parry Ash of War"
It's location is a silver dissapearing scarab just west of the Leyndell
Capital closed gate. On the left when facing the stairs leading to the
gate, sitting above on the "Wall".

- 1.3 ; The "Iron Greatsword"
It can be looted on Misbegotten Warrior, one of them is at Miquella's
Haligtree near the "Haligtree Town" Site of Grace, up the ladder a bit
further from it.

- 1.4 ; The "Cragblade Ash of War"
It's location is a scarab in Caelid, behind the tower next to the Impassable
Greatbridge Site of Grace where the Sword Monument is.

- 1.5 ;
The "Golden Lightning Fortification Incentation"
It's location is a scarab south of the "Dragon Temple Lift" Site of Grace in
Crumbling Farum Azula. There are broken buildings forming a bridge to
continue forward/upward, the scarab is a bit forward under it, close to
the sleeping dragon.
The "Bestial Constitution Incentation"
It's location is a scarab south of the "Farum Greatbridge" Site of Grace in
Caelid. After you cross the bridge, it will be on a path to you right.
The "Prelate's Charge Ash of War"
It's location is a scarab hanging on a tree, south of the "Whiteridge Road" Site of Grace in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
The "White Shadow's Lure Ash of War"
It's location is an invisible scarab being chased by wolfes, north west of
the "Inner Concecrated Snowfield" Site of grace in the Concecrated
Snowfield.

The "Haligdrake Talisman"
It's location is ; From "Seaside Ruins" Site of Grace in Limgrave, go south
to the beach, then go north where there is a small cave entrance.
The "Gravitas Ash of War"
It's location is ; From "Seaside Ruins" Site of Grace in Limgrave, go south
to the beach, then go north where there is a Lesser Alabaster Lord that
will drop the Gravitas Ash of War once killed.
The "Eclipse Crest Heater Shield"
It's location is slightly North-West of the Minor Erdtree in Weeping
Penninsula, go to the edge and look down, you can see a sitting body,
jump down to it.
The "Armorer's Cookbook [1]"
It's location is North-East of the "Agheel North Lake" Site of Grace in Limgrave,
inside a small camp of enemies near the camp fire.
A "Larval Tear"
It's location is in Nokstella, from the "Nokstella, Eternal City" Site of
Grace go up the stairs, there will be a giant Ball rolling down a second
stair, on the right after you cross the bridge there is a small room, a
giant Ball is on the ceiling waiting to fall when you enter, it will
drop the Larval Tear once killed.
