The First Steps Grace will also unlock Gravesite Plains, allowing you to teleport directly to DLC on a fresh save. The Grace is added to Limgrave's map in the Northeast, but will work normally to teleport you to the Shadow Realm.
The entire DLC is rebalanced as a post-Limgrave area, scaling to the Malenia fight as you progress. Scadutree Fragments have been heavily nerfed from necessary to a 1% bonus for each Blessing you get. Revered Spirit Ashes have had their damage buff completely removed. Runes are reduced by 60% to match the reduced scaling.
As a QOL feature, the Roundtable Hold is accessible from any map.
