About this mod

A preset for mod setup with dense forest and foliage, aiming to bring ubisoft games vibe (like AC:Valhalla or Ghost Recon:Breakpoint) to fallout 4.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
FEATURES

  • High Contrast Between Light and Shadow
  • Thick, Bright and Luminous in Clear Weathers
  • Dark, Gloomy and Dismal in Cloudy Weathers
  • Per-weather Tweaked Settings
  • Excessive Use of Volumatric Rays and Thick Atomsphere
  • Dark but Still Bright Nights (you'll see what I mean)

REQUIREMENTS

  • REACTOR ENB
  • NAC X
  • MCM Settings Manager
To load the NAC X preset.

  • Night Time God Rays
This is required for you to see some of the night time god rays.

  • A dense forset and foliage setup
God-rays are excessively used in this preset to make game feel like recent 3A titles. Fallout 4 doesn't come with a very good god-ray, in scenes with little obstacles to block the light the overall visual may look very washed and grey.

INSTALLATION

STEP 1:
Follow the instruction of REACTOR ENB and install it.
STEP 2: Download the ENB Preset file from this mod and overwrite REACTOR ENB.
STEP 3:
Download the NAC X Preset file from this mod and install it like any other mod.
STEP 4: Launch your game, go to MCM Settings Manager menu, load the Nuclear Summer NAC X preset.
STEP 5: Enjoy.

RECOMMENDATIONS

This is a soft requirement. Taking the advantage of heavy god-rays of this preset.

I'm not using VELDT in some screenshots, it's an edited version that will probably never get released. Still I recommend VELDT and VELDT - Greener Pastures.

You can also try Realistic Winds - NACX Patch. Very good atomsphere in all weathers.

CREDITS

Sevenence, for creating the original REACTOR ENB, one of the best ENBs for FO4.
L00ping, for creating NAC X weather plugin and permission to use the LUT files from their wonderful NAT.ENB III for Skyrim.
Boris Vorontsov, for ENB.
This preset will never exist without their contribution to the community.
