You can set any hairstyle as the one your normal hairstyle will change to when you put on a helmet or hat. After you take off your hat, your normal hairstyle will return to you.
Вы сможете установить любую причёску в качестве той, на которую будет изменятся ваша обычная причёска, когда Вы надеваете шлем или шляпу. После того как вы снимете шляпу к Вам вернётся Ваша обычная причёска.

It has been tested just in 1.10.163 Fallout 4 ver. I don't know will it work in update or not.
