Increases the font and UI sizes and makes them readable in higher resolutions.

As it says on the tin. Makes the game readable in higher resolutions.
Here's how:
1. Open your %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Marvel's Midnight Suns\Saved_Steam_<user-id>\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ folder (it's similar path for the Epic Games version), and then open the GameUserSettings.ini file in a text editor, Notepad or Notepad++ will do. If you can't find the folder, it might be hidden. There's easy tutorials out there for that.
2. Find the line UIScale= (it will have a different number depending on your settings, 1.050000 is the vanilla 100 Scale). Change the number to 1.150000. Save your changes and close the file.
3. Launch the game. Maybe, at first in-game nothing will change. Open the Options menu > General tab then close it, and your custom UI scale will be applied. Unfortunately, you have to do this every time you launch the game, but at least the new UI scale will be applied until you restart the game. If you find a way to circunvent this, let me know.
Notes:
You can put whatever number you want, but since this affects both fonts and the UI, there might be some clipping if you go above 1.150000. Also, if you want to go any higher, change the numbers after the dot, e.g., 1.250000. Changing the number to something like 2.050000 will make the fonts not fit on the screen.
If you fiddle with the in-game UI Scale slider after applying your custom UI scale, the game will revert to vanilla and you will have to restart to reapply your custom one.
