Changelogs
Version 1.0
Initial release
There aren't enough short hairstyles that look good with lighter hair colours, so here we go - a port of the OT "Sexy" VI hair for FemShep, including versions for LE1, LE2, and LE3. Use the ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to install each version. Using the hair requires the Trilogy Save Editor in order to apply the hairstyle:
Open your save in the editor and go to the Head Morph tab.
Replace the Hair Mesh value with this value: biog_hmf_hir_vi.Hair_Vanilla_VI.HMF_HIR_VI_MDL
In the Texture Parameters section, next to HAIR_Diff, click remove.
There is clipping on the forehead from one strand of hair; this is part of the original mesh and it was an issue in the OT. I'm not going to fix it; I'm not very familiar with Blender, and after a couple hours of fiddling with versions and addons, I still can't get the imported .psk file to even show up. But I survived playing through the OT with that clipping issue, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This mod would not have happened without Maya AB's YouTube tutorial Porting ME3 Hair Mods to ME3LE (for 42 bones) and the LegendaryExplorer documentation. Thanks also to the creators of other hair mods that I backwards engineered and to the creators of tools like ME3 Explorer, ME3Tweaks, and Mass Effect Explorer.
