Updates the loading icon to a more fitting logo of your choice

I hadn't planned to make this for a few reasons:
1. I don't ever see these logos when I start up MG1+2
2. I didn't think anyone would care
3. The placement of both logos would prove to be a bit tricky
I decided to quickly make this for those that do want matching logos, you
can choose between the original classic logos, or a more modern style
(matching the solid logos from MGS2 and on).
These files are rather low res as increasing them also increases the size on screen,
though they'll be there for a few seconds at most so it isnt a huge
deal.
Installation: place the Misc folder into your MG1+2 folder.
