About this mod
This mod aims to make the Legion more interesting and dynamic making them an invisible empire that i thought they should be. This mod also adds some new content for non legion players such as the town of Horowitz a town made up of escaped Legion slaves.

This mod is meant to make the Legion a more interesting faction and flesh them out along with the people who live under them. This mod also has something for non Legion fans like the town of Horowitz a town made up of escaped Legion slaves whether you help them stand against the Legion or bring them down from the inside is your choice.
This mod's content will be released in batches to better help me deal with bugs and issues as well as receive general feedback.
Currently this mod includes the town of Horowitz and a Legion camp set up at blue paradise.
