This Chairloader mod replaces the Wrench fabrication plan with that for portable lamps.
This has been done since the wrench cannot degrade and so there is little point fabricating it, since you will effectively always have the wrench you get at the start of the game.
The Wrench fabrication plan is found in Morgan's office in the Lobby. The fabrication cost has been adjusted to 1 mineral unit. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, the fabrication plan has no icon. It is otherwise fully functional.
