New Project Default was "Blob Collision" Meaning everything on the boat and the boat on the bow were set to Simple, Very Primitive Collion.
Collision Fixed on Boat and [Stairs] Railings are not Not blocking the player, or the weapon ;
Now You can Aim you weapon while Ascending Stairs.

All Relevance to SWAT Teammates have Been removed from the Yacht...
SWAT Teammates will approach the Vessel, but will not board the ship.
SWAT Teammates will likely open fire depending on any AI mods you may have.

indoors with plenty of Detailed World Objects to Immerse You.
-Take your time, crouched, to ascend up stairs, and same goes for back down.
The ship is Supposed to be Tight Quarters ... It's the Nature of the Beast.
